I pushed myself up in the bed and glanced at Haurchefant. His leg had mostly healed and he seemed peaceful in his sleep. As I moved my legs to the side of the bed, I felt an arm around my waste.
"Wah!"
"Heh, where do you think You're going?"
Pulling me back into the bed, I quickly covered up with the blanket and rested my back to his chest. Smiling as he placed his arms around me again. I felt him kiss my neck and start moving my collar around.
"All off except for this still."
"If only I had a key."
"No matter, you look absolutely divine with, and probably without."
I turned around in the bed and rested my head against his chest. Looking up at him, I kept my smile, feeling happier then I had in a long time.
"Hmmmph, well, we could stay here all day if we want. Or, we could get back to our duties as we should."
"I opt for this over anything else. Plus, I do not think I will be able to find my underwear."
"You mean the coeurl skin ones you were wearing?"
"Yes."
"Ah, well they seem to have completely disappeared. I will have to just assure you, you will not find them!"
"Oh you want to play hide and seek. Is that it?-"
Just as I was having some fun, my linkpearl began to ring on the floor.
"Noooooooo make it stop!"
"You're closer."
"That is not fair!"
I pouted to myself as I looked at him grinning deviously.
"You're evil."
"How dare you, I am a master of sinister plots to make save the world. I think that deserves a better title then Evil. I'm personally partial to Conniving Specialist."
I reached up and kissed his cheek, quickly turning around in the bed and throwing the blanket and sheets off. Shuffling out of the bed, I kneeled down upon the ground looking through my clothes for the pearl. As I searched I looked up at Haurchefant whom was starring at me.
"Divine."
"Shut it!"
Smiling at him, I reached into one of my coat pockets and found the pearl. Placing it in my ear, I finally answered.
"Eidolon here."
"Eidolon, a pleasure to speak with you again."
"Alphinaud right?"
"Yes, Thank you for answering me so quickly. I am informed you did some investigating upon the first Allagan site the adventurers went through in the Eastern La Noscea. Could I perhaps ask a favor of you?"
"If you require me, then I suppose theirs naught I can do to argue."
"Very well, Recently my sister and her band of adventurers toiled through another site located in the Northern Shroud. I was curious if you could take a quick walk around to see if things can be contained in some manor."
"Sure, Oh, any word from Desdemona? Last we chatted she was rushing off in a hurry over some matter."
"Then you've not heard?"
"Go on."
"I... I apologize, the Isle of Val has completely disappeared. We have found only a handful of the students of Beldesia. Desdemona is alright of course. However she has yet to leave the side of her friend and my teacher. I will pass along the information that you are worried of her however."
"Very well, Let her know I will visit her as soon as I am able. Oh, and one more thing Commander. We will be having a Long chat over your Crystal Braves when I return to Mor Dhona."
I heard him shuffling about nervous from my words.
"Alright, let me know of any developments at the Allagan site. If assistance is required, we will send whom we can. Oh! Before I forget, Minfilia has asked for someone to join our cause. Her name is Moenbryda and she may have devised a plan to help us destroy Ascians."
"Interesting, how are the Domans fairing in Mor Dhona?"
"They are adapting from what I can tell. Hopefully they will be of some help to us on our current issues."
I quickly recalled the chat with Ilberd over the Grand Companies having an informant. I bit my lower lip rather annoyed.
"Let me know if I can be of any help on that. The Flame General is a good friend to me, as is the Seedseer and the Admiral, and-"
"Yes I am aware, precisely why we are keeping you out of the investigation. I apologize, you will be informed of any turnouts as soon as possible."
With that I turned my linkpearl off, slightly annoyed. Standing up, baring all, I looked to the window and sighed.
Glancing back at Haurchefant, I shrugged a bit.
"Time to get dressed is it?"
"I could use a shower."
I snickered at him and motioned for him to follow as I snuck into the bathroom.

As we left the Whitebrim Front outpost, we stopped as we reached the path towards Camp Dragonhead.
"I suppose this is where we part ways for now."
I nodded to him and blushed a bit looking at him.
"I do not know if I will ever see less now."
He laughed aloud and placed a hand upon my shoulder.
"Next time, I promise dinner."
"I will hold you to that!"
He rested his arm and turned away heading back to his camp. As I glanced around the area, I noticed the sun was shining bright out here in this desolate land of ice and snow. Beautiful as it seemed, I wondered how long it would last out here. Channeling my teleport, I made it safely to the northern shrouds outpost Fallgourd Float. Making my way through the town, I walked towards the Allagan site.
As I approached, I glanced up and remained in awe. I feeling of dread hit me as I recalled the night Dalamud opened and caused so much damage to the land.
"Perhaps I can seal this one as well. Hopefully."
Glancing around at the Allag site, I noticed their was no entry near the ground. Looking over to my left, I noticed many stones and pieces of the ground floating around the area.
I made my way to the one closest to the ground. Bringing my hand to the bottom I concentrated energy through it and felt myself being lifted. Flames of Ifrit appeared underneath the slap of dirt and pushed me up at a steady pace. Coming to a halt near the middle, I pushed the platform towards the opening I had spotted below and jumped off. To my surprise the ground continued to float around as if it was meant to.
I began to walk through the Allag area in awe. What looked so big on the outside was even larger within. Looking around, I noticed another panel similar to the first sights upon a wall near the walkway I entered. Touching my hand to it I felt the sharp pain of it coding me again.
"Esper Class Keymaster, welcome."
I walked to the middle of a platform and awaited paitently.
"Take me to the power core."
"As you command Esper Class."
I felt myself begin to float as an aetherial energy orb surrounded me again. With haste, it guided me through the entire Allag site. As I quickly reached the power core. I began to float down towards it. Suddenly the orb was halted and began to move away.
"What are you doing?!"
"Esper Class has been rerouted, please wait patiently until Esper Class has arrived at destination."
"Override! Go back to the power core!"
"Authorization denied"
"Blast."
I awaited helplessly as I watched my body being transported somewhere deep within the Allagan site. Within a few moments, the area began to shift and change. The walls became stars and endless sky. I looked below me to see a platform and my mouth dropped in disbelief. As I finally came to a halt, the orb disappeared and dropped me to the platform.
I lifted my head and my mouth dropped in disbelief at the sight before me. The red glow portrayed it to be none other then the one thing I never wanted to see again.
"Dalamud."
"The Puppet now meets the Puppet, how quaint, how dull."
A mans voice echoed through the area as I looked around feeling my very spine shake in fear.
"It can not be."
"He crafted me after you, did you know that?"
A womans voice now filling the area, one I did not recognize. I glanced around until I finally heard the clattering of armor as someone began to walk behind me.
"All I wanted, was to be his one and only. I love him so very much. But You had to be the one. You had to be the only one able to awaken my master! How disgusting, how irrational! You, a Heathen."
"The White Raven. Nael Van Darnus."
"You may call me what ever mortal words you wish. In the end I was crafted to Represent You. My master could not remake me in your image, but he could at least try."
"Why are you saying you were made a woman because of-"
"You, yes. He wanted you by his side, you whom awoke him, sung to him in his sleep. You whom are Princess to him and his kind!"
