Our FC is for players who are active during off-peak hours (whether it's because you're in a non-NA timezone or are simply living the NA night owl life) and/or want to be part of a chill, no-pressure environment. We're all about taking FFXIV at your own pace, regardless of what type of content you're interested in.

My partner and I started this FC because we were feeling lonely during the odd hours that we'd log into the game. We've been building a low-commitment group that supports each other's FFXIV journey, no matter how you want to play the game. Join us if you're looking for some company, especially during the slower periods in the server. Among our small group, we have players from the US, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Australia and more!

❓ Why "Kuma Shock!"?
"Kuma Shock!" is an exclamation from Yurikuma Arashi, an anime my partner and I really enjoyed. It really suited the <<oAo>> tag we wanted for our FC, so here we are hahaha.

❓ What perks do members get?
- 1 x Nana Bear Minion (our FC mascot!)
- 300k to get private chambers in the FC house
- Access to all items in tabs 1-3 of the FC chest
- 24/7 buffs + Heat of Battle III on weekends
- Use our FC house for wedding afterparties or social events

❓ Do you host regular events?
We are open to organizing seasonal events and other fun things our members come up with!
Our main shtick is doing blind alliance raid runs whenever a new one drops.

Otherwise, weekends are usually spent helping various members complete all sorts of content - whether it's dungeons, trials, raids, sightseeing logs, etc. We also enjoy socializing with each other, hanging out at the FC house and dropping by a few venues across Aether once in a while. We've hosted a couple of cool parties in our basement too!

❓ Do you have a Discord?
Yes! This is where we communicate outside of FFXIV and share all sorts of media. Our FC's full list of rules (kind of like a code of conduct) is available here. I've also set up special roles that provide notifications and regular resources for things like Island Sanctuary, Fashion Report, FFXIV official notices, etc. I will send you your own invite link once you've joined our FC!

❓ What kind of players do you have in your FC?
Many of us are casuals who log in for a few hours every week - some log in only when new content drops. But we do have a few mid-core to hardcore players who are more active and able to help people through various content.

We have Gold Saucer fanatics, gposers, couples, quiet solo players, lore enthusiasts, roleplayers, crafters/gatherers, decorators, casual savage raiders, etc. Some are at endgame while others are still progressing through older content. We try to encourage everyone's interests and help them find their niche in the game!

❓ What if the FC isn't working out for me?
That's absolutely fine! Our main priority is making people feel happy and safe to explore new things in-game. If our vibe or timezones aren't working for you, we won't make a huge fuss if you end up leaving. We're also chill if you do end up wanting to come back. :)
