South Shroud (Quarrymill teleport) (27.4 21.5). This is the pond where the goblin camp is. I stood on the center rock facing their camp. Use midge basket for bait (purchase from various vendors - buy 20). 100% selective to catch Ala Mhigan Fighting Fish (AMFF).

Need HQ AMFF to use the Mooch skill, normal fish do not work. Use Patience skill, then use either Precision or Powerful hookset. About a 50% chance of getting a HQ AMFF. Then use Mooch. If you still have Patience active, you will need to use Powerful Hookset. All said, that is at least 300 GP. If you let Patience expire before Mooching, then you can use normal Hook.

I caught 12 normal and 3 HQ. I kept fishing for normal while waiting for the GP's to recover. Also caught Mud Crab and Five-ilm Pleco on Versatile Lure and Crow Fly. Better for wasting time between recoveries than using up your Midges.

Use Midge Basket bait(item lvl 15, freshwater) to catch Ala Mhigan Fighting Fish (lvl 16 fish) and then Mooch with those to catch the elusive Black Ghosts!!!
