Pretty humdrum session today. Just worked on the MSQ until I had to break off and do some FATE running until I reached level 77. I also boosted my mount speed in all the zones except Kholusia, after finding out that they're unlocked by running enough FATEs in a particular zone. Good update there by Squeenix.
And all my retainers have reached level 71, so I ran out and mined one of each ore, so they'll start bringing in Shadowbringer ore when they come back from their ventures.
I also did a big chest workout this morning, doing:
• Floor flyes (just like
chest flyes, but safer since the floor keeps your arms from going too far back and damaging your shoulders)
• "Pec shrugs" (New exercise for me. They're just like
regular shrugs, but you're using your chest muscles and not your trapezius - aka upper back - muscles)

Dumbbell pullovers (except my neck is still on the bench, otherwise it becomes as much of a neck exercise as it is a chest exercise, which is too distracting. And if I accidentally bring my head back up too quickly it causes me to be dizzy, and to be nauseated for the next few hours. No thanks.)

Decline bench presses (emphasizes the lower chest. New exercise for me, like the chest shrugs, so I still need practice with this one)
