This comic kinda hit home with me. It's one of the biggest reasons why I'm PvE/solo > PvP/group. And sorry if this doesn't make any sense.

Another okay session today. Guild Wars 2, the usual crafting & dailies. This time it took me longer than normal to do the dailies, since one of them was a world boss that I had to wait ~10 mins for, as well really struggling to find some trees to chop (some dailies require you to gather wood/ore/herbs in various areas). So I ended up starting Fantasy Strike later than normal. I did my usual practicing on Dhalsim Argle Gargle. I also did a few solo offline matches. And I even won one! Of course, I got my ass handed to me on all the rest I did lol. I also did my share of watching my friends' replays as well, seeing how the experts do it. Then I lost an online match to close out the session.

And here's the vinyl records I played today:

Steve Huber & The Happy Austrians - Alpine Bells
Bill Cosby - I Started off as a Child

Sunday

And as usual, these comics are just headers that I found funny at the time, with no bearing at all on the stream content.

A pretty bad session today. Guild Wars 2 went well enough, but Fantasy Strike was plagued by online lag and controller technical issues, causing my moves to not always go off, or sometimes even causing my controller to "stick", resulting in me constantly jumping up and down. So, until further notice, I'll probably not play this game again until I can figure something out.

And the LPs I played today were:

Jethro Tull - Thick as a Brick
The Dubliners - Seven Drunken Nights

Monday

This morning, since I've been on a real Peanuts kick lately, in case you couldn't tell, I went ahead and watched a documentary on its creator, Charles Schultz. Pretty good stuff. I must've watched the most recent one - there's several documentaries out there - as everyone on it was super old lol.

I am saved! And flyday_night (formerly white_wimmin) was the lifesaver. Like I had said yesterday, I was having major controller problems when playing Fantasy Strike, due to the fact that the game can't be played wirelessley, and the cord I used was defective, resulting in constant malfunctions. Flyday mentioned that ANY mini-USB cord could be used, not just a PS4 one (I'm used to PS4 stuff only accepting PS4 stuff).

Oh,andGuildWars2wentokay.Ididmydailycraftingandopen-worldstuff,whichwentoffwithoutahitch.Butanyway,.....

....So I grabbed the brand-spanking new cord I had bought for my cell phone and used it for the game. Worked like a charm! And a good thing too, as I also tried Street Fighter 2, 30th anniversary edition, but it had sound stuttering issues. I also tried giving Street Fighter 5 a go, but my OBS program wouldn't recognize it. SOOOO glad Fantasy Strike is up and running again, otherwise I wouldn't have known what to do.

Oh, and if anyone is curious as to what got me into fighting games recently, it was this:

If he can do it (Gandhi, that is), I can do it. Oh, and sorry if this goes over your heads (fighting games aren't really my forte either, even though I love watching them so, I'll understand).

And as for the vinyl LPs I played this evening were:

Funkadelic - Self-Titled Debut
Herbie Hancock - Sextant
Prince - For You

And okey dokey. Time to call it a night. <Take care.> and see y'all next time. ;)>
