Dear Sisters:
I think I have decided fate really hates me, why you might ask? Well for the simple reason fate keeps making me come back to that tyrant Queen Minfilia! But let me back up a moment. I told you last I was waiting for that fool merchant's daughter; well I found her and boy did I fell like a fool for complaining about her. Turns out that this person is a regular saint among the people here, helping the helpless and all that; and she was out healing the sick.
Well after politely stating my plight, she referred me to the leader of their little group and let me tell you he was crankier then our grandfather. (yes, THAT bad.)
Well he dismissed me like some commoner (really?) and left me to run around trying to find someone to help. Going to the unit commander who was stationed there,(poor guy), he said I would help him if I served tea to his lookouts. Personally I thought he was out of his mind to think of me as some servant, but not having much choice, I had to do it, even though I was kind of suspicious about the request. (Oh I SURE you two are having a good laugh at my expense reading that; and NO, there are NO pictures.)
Going out into the desert and getting it over without any trouble, I finally came back and discovered to my surprise that he actually knows Minfilia and she had sent a message through him. (probably because I kept bitching to her about that annoying linkshell) So why did he not just give it to me in the first place? I will bet you my best bracelet my dear sisters that harpy told him to give me that little errand to 'humble' me; this has her stink all over it. And to add to her arrogance, instead of just sending a letter or something, "She Who Must Be Obeyed" ORDERED me to come back to her hovel!
Honestly, isn't the reason she gave me this stupid linkshell in the first place was for QUICK and CONVENIENT communication between us? (well more like her to me, like I would EVER contact her unless it was REALLY important.) So ONCE more I have to trek back to where she is and deal with her in person, sigh. I bet her lackeys are STILL on break. I think I will take the long way and see about meeting up with that company again for some fun.
Sorry for my complaining my dear Sisters, but I know I can count on you for a sympathetic ear. (well at least you Adora, I am sure Alea is laughing herself silly.) Take care and pray for me I will make it out of her lair alive.
