Yes collection lovers, once again it is time for another one of those moogle stone treasure troves. THIS time though they changed it up with a few different instances.
That's right, NO tam tara this time, you got FUN stuff like Aurum Vale, yay? ;p There are also NO 50 raids, only the 60 ones, which means no fast Sycrus tower runs. In fact, there is nothing lower than level 35 stuff unless you do PVP for stones.
Well the MSQ roulette ones are still there and give the same amount as last time. This is a BIG yay from me since I am currently leveling Machinist so am doing the MSQ all the time right now! YAY!
Looking at what you can run, it seems the most favorable run to do is the Vale which gives you 5 stones for completion. Now, I know from recent leveling that a Vale run can be done in about 15-20 min, maybe even faster with a good group. So this means you can get 10 stones in about 30 min of work. Anything else is kind of slow, in fact, besides the vale, there will be NO quick stone farming besides maybe PVP if you choose to do it. But this time only Hidden Gorge will give moogle stones.
As for rewards, well there are a few new things but a lot of it is the same from previous events. This kind of sucks because I got so many stones last time i have most of the stuff now. I think this time I will go for the mounts at 30 a pop except the magitek one and the bird which are 50 each. Other then that, there is really nothing I want. So 250 stones and I will have all the mounts that I don't have.
So 6 days away! It will be interesting if people REALLY want to do those Vale runs, we all know how much people LOVE that place! ;p
On the bright side, if you have been wanting to do the Heavensward 24 man runs for whatever, this is your chance!

This is a fantastic chance for those too shy to try extremes, or part of a shit FC that doesn't offer to run anything fun with them.
At this time if they were keeping up they should have near a complete set of birds for doing what they already do everyday.

the Vale with BLU could be quicker than a normal group... perhaps the best way to farm this.

It's a 100% certainty that people are going to be cheesing the whole thing with Party finder Vale Blue mage runs. You can probably get 15 in 30 min doing that if they can do 10 minute runs.
