In hindsight, I'm really glad I stuck to my guns and waited to use my 1.0 CE free copy rather than preordering a copy for the EA. All I needed to do was patch my client and go. And by go I mean spam the same button for an hour to log in the first time.

It feels good to be able to log in and know my progress isn't going to be wiped. I have things to do and time to do them in, now. College will slow my progress, but the beauty of an MMO is that there's no rush.

Minor complaint of the day: There needs to be a separate channel for all the linkshell/free company spam I see in shout channels now.
