PLL情報の影響は一段落のようです。

マテリア相場にはほとんど影響がありませんでした。
次はメディアツアーによる情報解禁（2021/10/13）が大きな動きかと思います。
過去の例を見る限り、そもそも特にマテリア類を買い集めておく必要はなさそうな気がしますが。

将来的な需要を見越すのであれば、Lv74やLv76あたりの装備（特にスレイヤー・ヒーラー）を用意しておくと、レベル上げのために多少売れるのではないかなと思いますが、この辺は皆思いつきそうなことではあります。
