この名を冠する武器は初出時のFF4と次に出た5では最強の「鞭」である。「槍」ではなかった。
その後FFTでなぜか槍になって、その後ナンバリング作品でも槍になっている。
最強の槍として登場していた飛竜の槍と混同されたのだろうか…？

ちなみに14は飛竜の槍と竜の髭が両方とも槍として登場する作品です。
