Overview: Possible Eikon Activity Reported
Incident 1: Encountered two women speaking within the Shiokaze Hostelry, conversing about Eikon activity concerning weaponry. One of the women (an Au'ra woman) spoke of confronting an Eikon known as Sephirot, but was unable to confirm. Confronted by a member of Clan Centurio, who seemed open to investigating reports of Eikon activity. Speaking with the Clan Centurio member and an individual named Seraphim Rose, it seems the other woman was planning on summoning an Eikon in order to do battle with it. Persuaded Varik and Seraphim to keep an eye out in exchange for a reward.
Action Plan: Plans concerning Eikon summoning is of high-priority and has been reported to the proper authorities. As such, will keep an eye out for future activity with these three individuals.

Incident 2: Inspected the facilities of the Saisei Bar for possible signs of the thief mentioned in previous reports, but no signs turned up.
Action Plan: Leads concerning the thief are quickly drying up, but will continue to remain vigilant for any signs of the perpetrator.

Incident 3: Was called upon to provide discreet security for a celebration of the Salt Barons at the Wayfarer Bar, which seemed to a celebritory and motivational party for the Salt Barons before their game the next day. No incidents were seen nor reported.
Action Plan: Considering reports of aggressive behavior towards the Garlean Blitzball team, it is imperative that their persons remain safe during the season. No violence was detected nor reported at this event.
