年末年始飯テロ企画その6

北海道だと、元旦夜にはもうおせち料理が無くなってて、普通の料理食べたりします。うちの実家だけ？

とはいえ同じのが続くと飽きやすいので、昼と晩は変えていきます。

うま煮、漬物は紹介済み。

磯辺餅は、フライパンで焼くと綺麗に焼けるらしいのでやってみた。
変に膨らんだり網にくっついたりしないらしい。
醤油も楽に絡むしいいかも。

豚バラと白菜の重ね蒸し(レンジでチン)は、見た目が少し寂しかったので、シメジ散らして、大根おろしにポン酢かけてみた。
蒸す前に少しゴマ油かけるのがオススメ。
