[Theory w/ Spoiler] The Twelves and my nonsense

Public
This contains huge spoilers concerning Shadowbringers and Post-Shadowbringers. I'd hate to know this article spoiled you so please, think before continuing reading, thank you :)
**************************************
Introduction
As far as we know, the Twelves are the deities of Eorzeans. Across the land, each big city has its favorite deity, like Athens loved the Goddess Athena and named their city after her name.
Nophica is the Guardian deity of Gridania.
The twins, Nald'Thal are the Guardians of Uld'ah.
Rhalgr is the Guardian deity of Ala Mhigo.
Llymlaen is the Guardian deity of Limsa Lominsa.
Halone is the Guardian deity of Ishgard.
Thaliak is the Guardian deity of Sharlayan.

Each deity has its own history, element, and its own capability. There are 6 elements in Eorzea, fire, water, wind, earth, ice, and lightning. Oschon and Llymaen have wind; Nymeia and Thaliak have water; Menphina and Halone have ice; Byregot and Rhalgr have lightening; Azeyma and Nald'Thal have fire;and Nophica and Althyk has earth.

During the wedding quest, the players that are getting married needs to do a pilgrimage, which consists of praying in front of twelve altars. Those altars are in ARR regions only and incarnate the element of each deity.

Theory
As it tells, it's only a theory, a personal one... so I might be wrong all along lol.
Do you know about IRL mythology? The ones like Greek, Egyptian and Nordic have deities like Eorzea. Historians searched for their origins, and one conclusion was by far the most interesting for me: what if their Gods and Goddesses were only humans at first? They might have ascended as Divine when their accomplishments were sung and told for generations to generations. They played roles as models, and people learn what was wrong and bad thanks to them. The stories that included their God was fantasy, but also some behavior were very human.

Why do I talk about that? Well... what if the Twelves were Ascians in the first place?
In the lore book volume 1, there's a double-page talking about the Twelves. It is stated here that the workship of the Twelves existed in the Allagan era. We don't know much know about Hydaelyn and Zodiark, but what we know is they fought, and Zodiark was banned. Before confronting Elidibus, we also have a vision in the past, at the end of the dungeon Anydre. We know here that Elidibus offered his life to become the "vessel" of Zodiark, so he born. As such, Hydaelyn had the same method: Venat was a sacrifice to make so Hydaelyn exist. Here is the scene:

At this time, they also told you that "Azem" deserted and who knows when he/she comes back to Amaurot. Here's the deal, and the theory: Venat is with the Twelves in this scene. I don't think it's a coincidence but just count the ascians present on the screen I just shared. Right, 12 in front of Venat, Venat is the 13th, the one who will sacrifice for creating the opposing force to Zodiark.

It might be little, but for me, it's just too big lol. Again, I might be wrong... BUT I like to think that the Gods and Goddesses of Eorzea were the ones who created Hydaelyn with the help of Venat. We talk about AGES ago, waaay before the Allagan Empire. Does it makes sense or is it just me lol?

What I use to see is: people don't count the other ascians that were against Hydaelyn. We don't know for sure how many they were, but we know they weren't that much. Where has Azem disappeared to when Hydaelyn and Zodiark fought? All those points are unanswered and as such... is it possible for ascians to have succeeded to live on, as a fragmented soul? The answer could be yes since the storyline tends to tell us we are part of Azem. So what about the Twelves? They can be ascians, or fragmented ascians, who elevated to a position of leader to models then to Gods and Goddesses, as our IRL theories about Zeus, Osiris, Odin, and so on. "Remember me, remember us". You need someone to tell the Truth and to Believe in order to have Believer and to live on.

In the end, what I'm saying is this: the Twelves might be the ascians that have created Hydaelyn. Those Twelves might not be Ascians anymore after the apocalypse. If we are Azem, it's possible we are either the real one, a fragmented soul, or even a descendant/reincarnation. Nothing can also tell if everyone is a fragmented soul of an ascian.

The other question is, when we needed to imprisoned Bahamut into Dalamud, the Scions prayed to the Twelves: they used them. If they were primals, well... the primals are incarnation, rather corrupted, of a soul that has existed to answer to a prayer. The primals aren't real beings but fabricate ones, much inferior to the incarnation of Hydaelyn and Zodiark. They need believers and aether to become powerful and to live on. But when the Scions performed the "invocation" of the Twelves well... it was very different, right? They didn't incarnate as corrupted beings. They did answer thought.
--> At the Elidibus fight, we used also a power... that was contained in Azem's crystal with the help of Emet-Selch. Hear me out on this: what if it was the same?

I did write a lot about it. I really don't know yet if I've written everything that was in my mind about this theory. I don't have much playtime, but I tried to document myself as much as possible... there's still so many things to know, to discover... that I might miss. If you have questions, this will help me to know if I forgot something or not. Thanks for reading this possible nonsense lol~

This is an amazing theory, I often try to consider myself a lore buff, I main scholar, and I even used a fantasia just to change my god to Thaliak (glad I did too turns out he's even the guardian of the moon or month I was born) but my mind races too fast to come up with something as concise as this. It's fantastic, and don't worry so much about being right or wrong (despite popular belief) when it comes to theory crafting being wrong is just as important. So let no one stop you keep crafting.
