実は自分も似たような考えで探してました。
快晴→快晴 18時〜19時
明けから暮れに変わる時間という仮説でした。

これを見るとぷにさんの予想の方が当たってる気がしますw

ＤＣも異なるのでＣＷＬＳにお誘いするわけにもいかないですし。

しかし、もはや釣りイベントは全鯖対応の時代に入っておりますw
