Macが壊れました

macOS Ventura 13.3のバージョンアップしたのですが、立ち上がらなくなりました。
その後、「Mac版で確認されている不具合について(3/30) 」なるコメントが出たので、元のバージョンに戻そうとしましたが戻せず、終いには立ち上がらなくなりました。現在、修理中で最悪10万円修理代がかかると言われました。
くれぐれもバージョンアップしないよう注意しましょう。してしまった人は戻すことはほぼ無理と諦めて、対策されるまで待った方が無難です。
