最近はじめてなかなか進まなくなり難しいなあと思ってます　どなたか色々教えてもらえると嬉しいです

とりあえず、『マイキャラクター』の画面で
『さいきょう』のボタンを押してみるとよいのではないかと思います。

それから『キャラクターコンフィグ』の画面で全般の項目にある
移動操作タイプ設定を『レガシー』にすると遊びやすくなるかもしれません。

後はLv15以上でいらっしゃるので、最初の街にある冒険者ギルドの近くにいる
『冒険者指導教官』に話しかけて「初心者の館」に挑戦すると
お手軽に装備もそろって、戦闘も覚えられることでしょう。
