What does it take to be a Saint of the Firmament?

Can anyone who knows let me know and preferably soon? I would really appreciate it if you let me know and please tell me whether or not you are one or not so I can figure out whether or not I got what it takes! Either way, I will do my best!

Not sure if you double posted on purpose, but I'll double answer! From what I can tell you can only get Skyward Points from doing some level 80 gathering/crafting at the Foundation (so I'm outta luck). From there you 'just' have to make it onto the top 12 of the leaderboards!
