Small improvements that could be made to the game

Public
Having been an avid MMORPG player for over 20 years, I've had the privilege of seeing the genre evolve in many ways. And while there are grand ideas that always come to mind, some times it's the smaller things that can solidify an experience. These suggestions are mainly nice to haves that do not seem like they'd be too much to implement and I have no delusions that these have not been brought up before in some fashion...

Auto pass on loot you cannot obtain
A minor annoyance. Loot comes up, you click Need or Greed, but it doesn't seem to want to roll. You keep clicking until you finally notice the pink text message somewhere else on the screen telling you that you cannot roll on this item (usually because you already have it somewhere). I've become better at recognizing this, but as a newbie, I didn't really notice right away. In addition, most of the time for me this is happening during a run where we're continually moving, forcing me to find a moment of inactivity (while running) to make my loot decision. Having to deal with this "you cannot loot" thing just increases my attention to the loot window instead of the run itself. It'd be very nice if the game would just automatically pass for you if you cannot obtain the item at all, saving you the hassle.

Automatically select the next unrolled for loot item in the loot window
When you click your loot decision, have the loot window select the next item to roll/pass on. Maybe add a slight delay for those players like myself who spam click the button. In either case, I'd like it if I could just click the buttons without having to click to the next piece of loot. When I first started playing, I'd commonly run into the situation where I'd Need on the first item, then click Greed thinking I was rolling on the next item only to switch my Need roll to a Greed roll, or vice versa I'd Greed the first item then be momentarily confused why I couldn't Need on the next item. Yes, I did finally understand it, but it wasn't exactly intuitive to a new player. Plus it'd be a little more efficient as I'm not a fan of repeated back and forth clicking.

Loot rolls do not expire until the instance is complete
In conjunction with the above, it'd be nice if all loot for the instance was available for roll at the end. With the go go go mentality in dungeons these days, making loot decisions in the middle of a run can be disruptive if you're not used to it or you end up missing out on the loot since you were too busy focusing on the run. Allow players to still roll if they want to, but also let them roll at the end when there's no sense of urgency. I understand this may have some issues with player kicking as you cannot kick a player while they have loot to roll on. It would have to change to not allowing players to be kicked X minutes after rollable loot has been discovered or something similar. But overall, this would give all players the chance to roll on everything without feeling pressured.

Glamour Plates everywhere
I mean, why not? Perhaps I'm into glamours more than the average player (I have all 15 plates used, most are samurai glams), but I really would like to be able to change my glamour to match the outdoor zone I just teleported to or change it to more closely match another group member from Duty Finder I just met or have a glamour be more in theme with the instance I'm running from Duty Roulette. I like applying those little touches that help sell the immersion just a tad more.

Access to opposite gender's class cpose/other race's cpose collection
As a samurai, I do love the male cpose with the reverse grip on the blade while holding it behind me. However, I also like the female samurai version with the sword held out in front at an angle. I also much prefer the female dark knight cpose stoically sticking the greatsword into the ground over the male dark knight blade on shoulder. It's just another cpose option to cycle through from my perspective. I want them all.

The same can maybe said about the race cposes. As a samurai, one of the greatest cposes is one of the male roe's cpose where he stands a bit sideways with clenched fists. Very samurai, ready at a split second's notice like. I want that for my male au ra. Instead I have some goofy arm drooping stance that doesn't look good at all. Maybe those are part of what makes a race distinct. I can dig that somewhat though I still want it.

Make emotes that mimic job actions
Ok, so this one may not be that small. It'd be nice to just do some of the very awesome animations from our job actions. These would be separate emotes you could press any time. They wouldn't initiate combat and wouldn't require a target. It's just all for show. It'd allow for more flexibility in gpose and just be fun to do overall.

So there you have it. Some minor things that I think would the game just a little bit better.
