  • About Free Companies

A community to play together with friends on the same World.

Free companies are player-run organizations which allow their members to pool resources, be it items or gil, to accomplish feats that would be difficult or impossible for a single individual.
The benefits of joining a free company include a dedicated chat channel for all members, the ability to purchase an estate to serve as the group's base of operations, and the use of free company actions that grant bonuses such as increased experience points.
No two free companies share the same goals and motivations, so be sure to choose the free company that's right for you.

  • About Linkshells and Cross-world Linkshells

A dedicated chat channel for players who share a common aim.

Linkshells and cross-world linkshells are chat groups which allow for quick and easy communication between players who are not necessarily in a party or free company. Unlike free companies, players are able to join multiple linkshells, making it possible to join different communities dedicated to various aspects of the game.

Linkshells: allow communication with any players on the same World.
Cross-world Linkshells: allow communication with any players on the same data center.
  • About PvP Teams

A team dedicated to enjoying PvP duties.

Teamwork is key, so be sure to find a team with whom you're confident you can hone your skills together.

PvP duties: allow players to compete against one another in unique instanced arenas.

[Retro Beep Links] Dawntrail EX farming on Materia DC (Sephirot)

We’re looking for team-minded MT and H2 players who can join our Saturday sessions regularly and are happy to farm together until everyone gets their mount.

Retro Beep Links is an adult raid community farming Dawntrail EXs on Sephirot (Materia).

Battle mentors from our CWLS are currently helping to fill the remaining two spots and support our prog. We also use Party Finder when needed. We’re looking for regular members for EX5 and beyond.

Just 3 more EX4 wings to go, then we’re moving on to EX5!

■ Requirements
• MSQ complete through Patch 7.5

■ Community style
• English is our main language, but you don't need to be fluent
• We're a multinational group (I'm Japanese, living in Australia)
• We share raid information through Discord text channels
• Usually “2-food” (about 60 mins) EX prog / mount farming sessions
• Every Saturday 19:00–20:00 JST (22:00–23:00 NZ time)
• VC optional (listen-only OK)

We’re currently farming EX4, with occasional EX1–3 runs for members who still need those mounts.

■ Community rules
• No singling out or flaming other members
• Adult community atmosphere (AU/NZ common sense applies)

■ DC Travel

Any DC/world welcome.
We use Data Center Travel for EX runs on Sephirot (Materia), so there’s no need to permanently move your character.

■ Join us

Please apply via our Discord form:

https://discord.gg/XVyMZzPfhh

The form asks a few simple questions such as:
• Is your MSQ complete through Patch 7.5?
• Are you able to use DC Travel for EX runs?

If interested, feel free to apply via Discord, leave a comment, or send a tell in-game.
