We were born on the battlefield, not within mines, not within the fields, not within the forgotten slums that lay to rot our city, Ul'dah. Gilded in the silver and blue of those Sworn to the Sultan, our blade was the first to meet the infestation born of the Spurn. Men of our blood, ancestors, gazed upon the tragedies that were born from the colliding flames of the Sisters. Ravaged, vulnerable, hungry, without roof or bed, men claimed themselves hunters, throwing away the silver and blue armor in hopes for the people. And so we became hunters of the foul, of game, and the corrupt. While we were gifted in gold, gilded titles grander than before, and deeds to land, we fought the battle against amalgamations born between the differences of men. We cared not for the refinery, we cared not for nobility, we cared not for the fame, but the people born beneath the Glittering Jewel needed somebody.

Now, we, House Dorne, ever noble, ever honorable, has fought for nothing but the people. Where others sit amongst their guarded estates, fattening themselves with sweet meats and rare vintage, we continue to hunt. We continue to the battle for the people. To ensure that no man, woman, or child feels the cold bite of hunger and abandonment. Where nobles would shudder at the thought of sully, we will unglove our hand and pull you onto your feet, because we see you. We are brother and sister, and under the Twin's scale, will our honor, loyalty, and love for the people be weighed against those who have abandoned you to fill their coffers. We will weigh ever heavier each time. We are unwavering, unyielding, and unbending; we are House Dorne!

Who Are We?
House Dorne is a noble house that operates resembling a hunters guild. Born from hunting ashkin and foul beast, the noble house has always offered rich income for fair and honest work. Whether it be for hunting beast, capturing treasure, dealing with the wanted, or even mundane labor; even their servants are equipped with fine silks and comfortable wage, as they believe every man deserves to not just survive but to live.

We, as a community are a LGBT+ and BIPOC founded and lead Free Company that wish to bring together like-minded lore abiding roleplayers who enjoy a balance rich narrative based roleplay and casual roleplay together. We aim to provide a space for everybody, regardless of who they are OOC and IC.

Weekly Events
- With our FC something is always happening every week! Whether it be a dinner night, soup kitchen night, fight night, or the day for a community event, we strive to ever be busy and providing substance for our members. Whether it be held by our officers or our community members.

Space for Community Lead Events
- Have you ever wanted to tell your own story but felt like you never had the right group? Perhaps you didn't have enough people to get it going? Or maybe you simply thought it wouldn't have interest. Well, in House Dorne, we believe everybody should be able to tell their story and host their own events; we encourage it actually. After all, officers and gamemasters can only do so much to keep the ball rolling. Sometimes, we want to hear about you and your character and their story!

Flexibility in Character & Story
- When we made this Free Company, we wanted something nearly anybody and everybody could join regardless of their characters background. Are you a struggling merchant who sells carbuncle based wares? We will invest in your business and make sure there is profits. Are you a Garlean refugee looking for work that won't lead to your being harassed every moment of the sun? We just so happen to never run out on the need for hunters or laborers within our House. Or perhaps you're a noble, looking for a place to settle your aristocrat amongst other peers, and enjoy the refinery in life. We truly have a spot for everybody!

We Accept Anybody (Plz join it will make me happy.)
- What's the point of making a FC if you're just going to exclude everybody? What's the point of making a community if you're simply going to form cliques and leave others out? We don't see the vision. We accept, literally, ANYBODY. As long as your character fits the vision of House Dorne, you are lore abiding, you can speak English fluently, and know basic grammar, you are good! We will never discriminate against anybody because of their in-game or out-of-game race, gender, sexuality, or appearance, because we're here to roleplay and tell a story.
