    A community to play together with friends on the same World.

    Free companies are player-run organizations which allow their members to pool resources, be it items or gil, to accomplish feats that would be difficult or impossible for a single individual.
    The benefits of joining a free company include a dedicated chat channel for all members, the ability to purchase an estate to serve as the group's base of operations, and the use of free company actions that grant bonuses such as increased experience points.
    No two free companies share the same goals and motivations, so be sure to choose the free company that's right for you.

  • About Linkshells and Cross-world Linkshells

    A dedicated chat channel for players who share a common aim.

    Linkshells and cross-world linkshells are chat groups which allow for quick and easy communication between players who are not necessarily in a party or free company. Unlike free companies, players are able to join multiple linkshells, making it possible to join different communities dedicated to various aspects of the game.

    Linkshells: allow communication with any players on the same World.
    Cross-world Linkshells: allow communication with any players on the same data center.
  • About PvP Teams

    A team dedicated to enjoying PvP duties.

    Teamwork is key, so be sure to find a team with whom you're confident you can hone your skills together.

    PvP duties: allow players to compete against one another in unique instanced arenas.

We're a "small" FC that's always looking to add more members for all kinds of in-game content, or simply just to hang out. We're very laid back and accepting of all play-types.

We have 8-16 daily players, and 5-9 nightly players, so the FC isn't all 100+ players online constantly. ((Hence the word small being in quotation marks.))

About the FC

We're a bunch of solo players that enjoy each other's company. We try to help each other with content we'd normally have long queues for, while talking in FC chat and getting along with other members.

Our FC is free spirited! No one is obliged to follow any itinerary, or show up for mandatory meetings like most FC's have in FFXIV. Even so, we do feature an optional event at least once a month near the end! Examples include giveaways, in-game events like hide & seek, and photo shoots.

We might be a small crew, but we're dedicated - you won't ever have to feel lonely due to the fact that people log in and out throughout the day! We're a 24 hour operation with the majority of our members in West Coast US.

Rules
• Be mindful/courteous of how you act towards others.
• No Spoilers in Discord and FC channel. Spoilers can go in the respective Discord spoiler-channels or talk in game through a party chat or pm chat.
• No sexual content or ERP in the chat.
• Keep cursing to a minimum.
• No drama, drama-inducing topics, controversial-topics, political, political-like topics in the chat.
•Please be respectful to the free company chat space. It's there for everyone, not anyone's personal journal....this includes the discord chat.
• Don't be scared to ask people for help to do content with or to just talk in the fc chat!
• If you have complaints do feel free to speak with the Regional Lead, and or District Lead.

Notes
• The crafting crystals in the FC chest are free to take to use/take for aspiring crafters. Please don't take it all to sell on the market.
(If you NEED a lot of crystals, you can directly PM the FC-Lead on Discord, or in-game to ask.)
( If any non-leveling crafters need crystals do send a PM to FC-Lead as well!)
•The 1st tab of the Company Chest can be used by everyone! Please send a PM to the FC-Lead to ask questions and specifics about it.
• The display food inside the FC home is free to eat!
• Please don't change the paintings in the FC house.
• Please don't change the blank partition wallpapers in the FC house.

I'm one of the regional leads employed by Zhloe Aliapoh in Coerthas. I look over the employees who handle business transactions, import and export of trade goods, and really just making sure the Coerthas department is all well.

We are no way affiliated with SE. I just like the idea of bieng a worker for one of my favorite characters, Zhloe Aliapoh.
