  • About Free Companies

    A community to play together with friends on the same World.

    Free companies are player-run organizations which allow their members to pool resources, be it items or gil, to accomplish feats that would be difficult or impossible for a single individual.
    The benefits of joining a free company include a dedicated chat channel for all members, the ability to purchase an estate to serve as the group's base of operations, and the use of free company actions that grant bonuses such as increased experience points.
    No two free companies share the same goals and motivations, so be sure to choose the free company that's right for you.

  • About Linkshells and Cross-world Linkshells

    A dedicated chat channel for players who share a common aim.

    Linkshells and cross-world linkshells are chat groups which allow for quick and easy communication between players who are not necessarily in a party or free company. Unlike free companies, players are able to join multiple linkshells, making it possible to join different communities dedicated to various aspects of the game.

    Linkshells: allow communication with any players on the same World.
    Cross-world Linkshells: allow communication with any players on the same data center.
  • About PvP Teams

    A team dedicated to enjoying PvP duties.

    Teamwork is key, so be sure to find a team with whom you're confident you can hone your skills together.

    PvP duties: allow players to compete against one another in unique instanced arenas.

We're a company that's been alive and kicking for 4+ years now that focuses on inclusivity and chill vibes, welcoming all who are down to make new friends and play games together. While FFXIV is our main game we do use our FC and Discord as a means to gather up for other games as well, so if you're looking for a group of people to game and chill with, we'd love to get to know ya!

It's no secret that FFXIV is a bit stale right now, and while EO has a core of members and culture already established, we're looking to expand and include new people in our group, so long as they're of a kind and friendly nature. We are currently only looking for main characters, not alts.

1. Respect Others - No racism, sexism, harassment, or bigotry of any kind. You won't get the boot for being a bit edgy but keep others' feelings in mind. We want everyone to be as comfortable as can be.

2. Prioritize Others' Comfort - While we are not a prudish FC by any stretch of the imagination, be sure that any suggestive or outright NSFW interactions are consensual and welcomed. The sending of any inappropriate pictures or messages to anyone (in or out of the FC) without consent is strictly forbidden.

3. Don't Be Toxic - It happens to the best of us, but keep in mind we're trying to foster a friendly community here. Rather than commenting publicly, consider talking to leadership if you continue to have a problem with someone or something. Our lines are always open.

4. Be Careful With Politics - We're not opposed to politics being casually discussed, but make sure you keep things civil and friendly. There's no reason we can't all get along, regardless of where we might stand politically.

5. No Nude or Sexual Content - (In Discord)

6. No Cheating - No hacks, no bots, no RMT. We're legit around here.

7. No Spoilers - If you want to post a spoiler, be sure to state what kind of spoiler it is, and use spoiler tags.

8. Stay in Discord - As Discord is our primary means of communication, staying in there is required. Muting channels is recommended if you get too many notifications, but outright leaving could result in your removal from the FC.
