Crystalline Conflict Regional Championship 2026
Crystalline Conflict Regional Championship 2026 is a series of official FINAL FANTASY XIV PvP tournaments being held in each region to determine the ultimate victor of Crystalline Conflict in North America, Europe & Oceania, and Japan.
The tournament will begin with Preliminaries and Quarterfinals, which will be held online. Teams that emerge victorious in the Quarterfinals will be invited to their local Fan Festival to take part in the Finals to decide the regional champion!

Tournament Schedule
The Crystalline Conflict Regional Championship consists of Preliminaries and Quarterfinals which is held online, and the Semifinals and Finals which will be held at the Fan Festival 2026 in Anaheim event in different schedules.
Tournament Rules
A "match" is defined as series of "maps" played between two teams.
Match Rules for all Stages of the Crystalline Conflict Regional Championship
- Stage Effects will be enabled.
- Kits may be used.
- In-game macros may be used.
- The Quick Chat feature may be used.
- A team must be comprised of five players of differing jobs during all maps and matches.
- Team members may freely change jobs between maps as long as they meet the composition requirement.
* Team must declare the jobs before the map begins. If the map begins with a job different from the pre-declared job, the map will be suspended for the first occurrence, and the affected team will receive a warning. For the second occurrence, that map will be recorded as a loss for the team in question. This penalty will be accumulated throughout the tournament.
- Teams may switch party members per match, but not per map.
Preliminaries
- Participating teams will be divided into 8 brackets. The matches will be a round-robin within each bracket.
* The number of participating teams in each bracket will be determined by the total number of teams participating in the tournament.
- The winners for each match will be determined by best-of-three (BO3).
- The top 2 teams from each bracket will proceed to the Quarterfinals.
- Entrants must prepare all hardware themselves.
- The arena for the first map will be held in the Palaistra, and then from second map onward, the losing team will decide the next arena. Already selected arenas cannot be designated again.
Available arenas:
The Volcanic Heart / Cloud Nine / The Clockwork Castletown / The Red Sands / The Bayside Battleground
- Reserve members will not be able to join as in-game spectators; however, they are allowed to participate in voice communications.
Quarterfinals
- Two (2) brackets from preliminaries will be matched together with four (4) teams per bracket to take part in elimination style match.
- The winners for each match will be determined by best-of-three (BO3).
- The winning team of each bracket will proceed to the Semifinals.
- Entrants must prepare all hardware themselves.
- The arena for the first map will be held in the Palaistra, and then from second map onward, the losing team will decide the next arena. Already selected arenas cannot be designated again.
Available arenas:
The Volcanic Heart / Cloud Nine / The Clockwork Castletown / The Red Sands / The Bayside Battleground
- Reserve members will not be able to join as in-game spectators; however, they are allowed to participate in voice communications.
Semifinals
- The top four eligible teams from the Quarterfinals will compete in an elimination-style match.
- The winners of each match will be determined by best-of-three (BO3).
- All hardware will be provided by Square Enix:
- Gaming PC
- Gaming Headset
- Keyboard
- Mouse
- Gamepad
- All hardware will be provided by Square Enix:

- Keyboard
- Mouse
- Gamepad
- Team members may bring and use keyboard, mouse, left-hand gaming device, and gamepad; however, macros from gaming software and gaming hardware are prohibited.
- The arena for the first map will be held in the Palaistra, and then from second map onward, the losing team will decide the next arena. Already selected arenas cannot be designated again.

- The top two teams from the Semifinals will take part in a best-of-five (BO5) match.

In Case of a Tie
Preliminaries
- A map which enters overtime and does not have a winner at the conclusion of the round will be considered a tie.
- If, during the round-robin, the participating teams win the same number of matches, the winning team will be determined based on the following criteria. Should the teams have the same totals across their winning matches, then a single-map match will be held between the tied teams to break the tie.
1. Highest total progress record across their winning matches.
2. Shortest total match time across their winning matches.
Quarterfinals
- A map which enters overtime and does not have a winner at the conclusion of the map will be considered a tie.
- If the participating teams win the same number of matches, a single-map match will be held between the tied teams to break the tie.
Semifinals
- A map which enters overtime and does not have a winner at the conclusion of the map will be considered a tie.
- If the participating teams win the same number of matches, a single-map match will be held between the tied teams to break the tie.
Finals
- A map which enters overtime and does not have a winner at the conclusion of the map will be considered a tie.
- If the participating teams win the same number of matches, a single-map match will be held between the tied teams to break the tie.
