General Information
The Free Company (FC) was founded by Nekizo Lyehga (Neko), Liori Ljiric and Tsubaki Tsumura on the 25th March 2020 on the Moogle Realm on the EU Data Server of Chaos. The Crystals Explorers was founded in the spirit of friendship, fairness, equality, exploration and most importantly to have fun. Lore wise; we are a group of adventurers within Eorzea who have banded together to explore, chart and discover the world. We are a small casual / social FC that is welcoming to all adventurers from all walks of life, all nationalities and all genders / sexualities (LBGT+). We predominantly speak English within the group and would want to encourage as many members as possible to help one another, join in with in activities (both inside and outside the game) and in general have a good time.

Rules & Expectations
The main rule is that everyone must treat one another with respect, kindness and tolerance. All Full and Associate members must log into the game with their characters at least once every 95 days or risk being removed from the FC (95 days is approx 3 months). If you are likely to be away for any reason; please contact the Crystal Council so we won't remove you. Although we encouraged you to; there is no expectation for members to participate in any group activities or events, use Discord or join voice chat.

Leadership
The free company is lead by a "Crystal Council" of leaders and officers. Should you have any questions or issues, please contact any member of the council. Crystal Leaders are the main organisers, coordinators and arbitrators of the FC. All leaders are equal to one another and no one leader has a greater say then another. Crystal Officers are nominated members who assist the leaders in running the FC.
