The ingredients will not do.
Prepare the whipped cream, mix the maple sugar and the sweet cream till you get stiff peaks, chill the whipped cream.
Mix the two types of water to get the correct water balance and clarity.
Grind the beans moderately, try not to make too many fines.
Pour the water into the bottom of the Countertop Coffee Service, place a thermometer in the water.
Light the flame and let the water start to heat up.
Place the grounds in the filter, shake/tap lightly to remove fines and even out the grounds.
Once the water is about 90c remove the thermometer and add the filter with the coffee grounds.
Once the coffee has brewed remove from heat, and remove the filter.
Pour into cup, then slowly add some sweet cream.
Top with chilled whipped cream.
Grind or shave some cinnamon on top.
