Casting a Shadow Over E3

Hi, there everyone! Sicycre here to give you an overview of some of the fun we had at E3.

Here you can see Yoshida doing his usual "I can make that pose too" shot, imitating characters on the giant poster on the hall.

Here we have an beautifully lit shot of the booth. The design was based on one of my personal favorite areas in Shadowbringers; the Crystarium!

Speaking of Shadowbringers, the Battle Challenge this year featured Titania, ruler of the pixies!

If I'm being honest, Titania was pretty tough for our guests to defeat, but we still saw numerous victories. The best part was how loud and hyped the teams would get over their clears!

Even though Yoshi-P was exhausted from non-stop interviews, he wanted to let everyone know that the words of encouragement from the players on the NA DC Worlds gave him the strength he needed to keep going! Thank you all so much for your kind words, everyone!

It wouldn't be E3 without the large FFXIV bags! They were a common sight on the show floor, but were highly sought after. They could be difficult to grab unless you got in when doors opened, or at the designated time in the afternoon!

Shadowbringers was also being advertised in many different places around the convention center! I didn't get a chance to spot the bus, but I did catch the digital ones on the side of the building!

It really brings home the fact that it's only a few more weeks until launch! The hype is too real!

Before we wrap up, I wanted to share some bonus pictures. Yoshi-P took a major liking to the electric scooters found all over downtown Los Angeles! He ended up using them to commute between the hotel and convention center every day. Super duper fun!

We hope many of you will be enjoying Shadowbringers alongside the team, and also hope you're looking forward to the upcoming FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE!

I know we are!

Until next time, fellow adventurers!
See you on the dark side.
