個人宅を購入しました。
FCハウスの個室、アパルトメントとハウジング部屋を既に持っていてちょこちょこやっているのだけと、
やればやるほど、庭も外装も好きに弄ってみたい！という気持ちが膨らんでいました。
資金的に買えるとしたらSハウス。
居住区もあらためて見て回り、ラベンダーベッドのお花畑な感じが良いな…特に川が近くて斜面地の土地は見晴らしが素敵…などと土地の狙いも絞って行きました。
しかし、何度か抽選に参加してみたものの、なかなか当たらず。。。

6.3で居住区拡張が来ました。
おそらくエンピレアムに応募が集中するので、私の狙うラベンダーベッドは穴場かも？と思い、狙いの土地を見に行ったらドンピシャ！応募者ゼロ！
期待を込めて抽選参加。

そして、1週間後めでたく！土地購入できました！

現在FCハウスやアパルトメントから家具をかき集めて内装の構想中。浮かせや見立てはあまり好きじゃないので、素直な使い方でどこまで表現できるか追求します！
