Starting the morning with a positive book

Hi everyone! ^-^

I wanted to share a really cozy book with you that I received as a gift a couple years back.
I kinda forgot about it until a few days ago, when I was sorting through a bookshelf and found it again.
It has some really nice meditations and positive quotes, and is just very cozy all round.

Just thought I'd put it out there, in case anyone likes books like this and hasn't heard of it yet! ^-^
It's called: Sunrise Gratitude by Emily Silva
