Free companies are player-run organizations which allow their members to pool resources, be it items or gil, to accomplish feats that would be difficult or impossible for a single individual.
The benefits of joining a free company include a dedicated chat channel for all members, the ability to purchase an estate to serve as the group's base of operations, and the use of free company actions that grant bonuses such as increased experience points.
No two free companies share the same goals and motivations, so be sure to choose the free company that's right for you.
Linkshells and cross-world linkshells are chat groups which allow for quick and easy communication between players who are not necessarily in a party or free company. Unlike free companies, players are able to join multiple linkshells, making it possible to join different communities dedicated to various aspects of the game.
Linkshells: allow communication with any players on the same World.Teamwork is key, so be sure to find a team with whom you're confident you can hone your skills together.
PvP duties: allow players to compete against one another in unique instanced arenas.Adrenaline Rush Recruiting Additional Members

Pika Yume Sargatanas [Aether]
Hello! I’m Pika, the founder and leader of Adrenaline Rush. I’ve been adventuring in FFXIV since 2.0, and I’ve always believed endgame is more fun when you have people to share the journey with, so I created Rush to bring those players together.
We focus on community, connection, and quality membership. I’m excited to meet you and hopefully welcome you into our family of endgame enjoyers.

Just an update - We are still recruiting new members!
Kaboomer Jones Sargatanas [Aether]
I really like your idea of a "raiding bootcamp." I have been looking for something like that. Do you have an ETA on when you are planning on starting this? I have cleared the current tier, but still need lots of practice.
Community Member Pika Yume Sargatanas [Aether]
Hello! Apologies for the delay in response. The raiding bootcamp has been a dream of mine to run for a long time but unfortunately due to savage tier and current ultimate progression, it is unknown as to when this officially take place. If you have any further questions please let me know!

Hey, I am interested in joining Adrenaline Rush. I sent a FR through discord. I am ReverseLogic#6900 on discord. I have some savage experience. I am getting back into FFXIV and like to continue that progress. Let me know if the FC is still available. I really appreciate it.

Are you guys still recruiting?
Judge Kingslayer Sargatanas [Aether]
Good morning, I've been playing since beginning of HW, looking for FC with more seasoned players. I've raided on and off since Midas. I haven't done this tier on savage but I was in a static with a FC member last tier. Old man ninja looking for a home.
Trever Evons Sargatanas [Aether]

Kireela Runasth Sargatanas [Aether]
I am looking to do some raiding in DT. Are you guys still taking applicants?
Crawler Carl Sargatanas [Aether]
Good evening. Was looking around to call a new FC home. Liked the various in-game/social events you guys host. Veteran MMO player that became super casual due to family/military long ago. I tend to have more time on my hands nowadays and would like to creep back into more of what the game has to offer for end-game. Dezzen Deejay in game!
Community Member Averna Zoth'tir Sargatanas [Aether]
Would be interested in joining if there is still room available, ^-^
Community Member Pika Yume Sargatanas [Aether]
Hi! We absolutely have room for you! If you submit an app directly through the Free Company menu, we will accept! Otherwise, we will keep an eye out for you in game :)
Community Member Averna Zoth'tir Sargatanas [Aether]
