Lightly Salted <Salt> is accepting new members. We accept any level/class/skill level, as well as old/new/returner. We have all the usual (rank 30, mansion in Shirogane, active discord, constant buffs, airship/subs), as well as providing a place to goof off and be yourself. We have (actual) mentors willing to help out newbies and returners (we help run old content/craft gear to help with catching up), and willing to run pretty much everything (mount farming, dungeons, MSQ, treasure maps, trials, extremes, longform content like Eureka/Bozja etc). We are a medium sized group and our most active time is from 4pm-1am PST (every day), but typically have people on at all times of the day.

We are very "you get out what you put in" so I do wanna stress that we are looking primarily for people who are active and looking to actually make friends, especially ones who want to be an active part of our discord community, such as joining in voice chat. Also please note our most active hours as we have a lot of folks join and get upset that we are adults with day jobs and wont be on to play at 6 am lol. We're pretty memey and some of our humor isn't for the faint of heart.

Important: As the FFXIV patch cycle has gotten longer, we acknowledge that the game is now going through content lulls, as such our FC does the same. While activity in the game gets lower, our activity sways more towards discord and/or playing other games together and our inactivity rules get more slack.

What we are looking for: Social/chatty, active, wants to run different types of content, can take a joke, adult, friendly/helpful/chill, willing to stick around and become part of the fam, discord friendly, NA players that match with our play times.

What we aren't looking for: Easily offended, Under 18, Rude, uninterested in being social at all, just looking for buffs, plays less than once a week.
