ABOUT THE BLACK LOTUS HOUSE
The Teahouse belongs to the Daisho House. A lesbian couple who only recently surfaced the streets of Kugane after buying some property in Shirogane.

The Black Lotus, on the surface, is one of Kugane’s socially entwined Teahouses. At the same time, it’s a private agency that counters Sekiseigumi legal ways to conduct certain services under the table against more intense tasks. The Black Lotus is one of Kugane’s syndicate link points (i.e. infiltration, investigation, delivery, Bounty, Tracking, information, illicit services, etc). Over all the teahouse has a wide range of opportunities.

Members of the Black Lotus are given a title from the owners that is used as their Title/Alias to be registered under. Members of the Black Lotus can be any of the following: Bounty Hunter, Security, Informant, Spy, Dealer, Convict, etc.
The Teahouse does have it's own invite-only gambling parlor to it's Black Jack table. However, what makes this teahouse special is it's special Tea masters: The Tea masters are capable of hosting mini games to their assigned guests.

OUR GOAL
This Crossworld Linkshell will act as our Black Lotus Staff chat. We aim to build a socially active environment for new and experienced role-players who wish to find a friendly group of people to find a new beginning in the roleplay community. Roleplaying takes place via in-game and optionally on discord.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Venue nights are scheduled the first Sunday of every month! Staffs will be paid a handsome amount of gil if hired and present. We are open to even hiring first-timers for role-playering and experienced role-players. Your experience and on-floor performance deciphers the amount of gil paid, but so far the base pay is 300,000+ gil a night. For clarity, you are more than welcome to roleplay and enjoy the teahouse and casino parlor outside of venue hours whenever you want as well.

Hosts/Hostess @ 400,000g
You’ll be responsible for greeting people in and guiding them to a seat at a tea Master’s Station. Each Tea Master station can hold up to six people, and should be treated like a hibachi grill eatery.

Tea Masters @ 500,000g
You'll be an active host/hostess who caters to clients seeking drinks and attentive conversation. Your goal is to hold conversation, entertain your client's with your tea brewing skills, enjoy a few games, and holding a friendly retention. There should be no reason for a tea master to leave their work station, leaving their clients unattended. That is why you will be utilizing the Prep Team to your advantage.

Prep Chefs @ 200,000g
You’ll be responsible for prepping the ingredients for all the dishes to be served to the Tea Master’s stations. You’re also on call duty for fire’s needing reheating, and can deliver tea master’s requested sets between: clay, porcelain, ceramic, glass, or even steel.

Bartenders @400,000g
You’ll be responsible for maintaining the bar and serving alcoholic beverages and mixes to the Casino Guests. You’ll also be responsible for the special menu for cigars, cigar tools (lighters, ash trays, pipes, etc) and narcotic supplements.

Security @300,000g
You’ll be responsible for monitoring the venue. One security will be specifically assigned to the casino entrance and be responsible in making sure they are on the invite-list, so they can go inside the casino. Each invited member of the casino will do a special emote directly at YOU to show they were invited and have access (you can even check the name list that will be given to you just in case). Anyone who doesn’t, stop them via roleplay, because chances are they are trying to sneak in.
