[Recovery][Aether] Recovery from Adamantoise World Technical Difficulties (May 15)

We are pleased to announce that the Adamantoise World technical difficulties have been resolved. As for the 30-minute character data roll back, which we announced may occur in our previous news, we were able to recover as much recent data as possible. Therefore, only a small amount of data that was not saved properly immediately before the server went down will experience roll back. Please be assured that all other data has been recovered correctly.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and thank you for your patience.

・Unable to access the affected World.
・Unable to travel to the affected World via World Visit System.
・Unable to change Home World to that of the affected World using the Home World Transfer service.
・Players who are mid-duty on an affected World will be disconnected from the server upon exiting the duty, and will be unable to log back in until World recovery.
・Unable to use Free Company chat when visiting another World while Home World is affected.
・Unable to use certain features on the FINAL FANTASY XIV COMPANION app while Home World is affected.
