We have pinpointed the location which is most likely the cause of the ongoing issues with the World Visit System and are working to resolve it. However, as we were unable to reproduce the problem on the development team’s system environment, we are unable to validate the potential fixes made.
During the emergency maintenance, we intend to confirm the issue and if the potential fix is working. But as certain elements of the issue cannot be confirmed while the maintenance is still ongoing, it may be possible that the World Visit System remains suspended or even after resumption, it may be suspended again should the problem reoccur.
Although there is a high chance of the issue being resolved by confirming the server logs for this technical issue, please accept our deepest apology in advance that we cannot guarantee that the issue will be resolved completely.
