We would like to share details regarding the data recovery performed in Patch 6.31 for the following issue that was addressed in the Sep. 1, 2022 Hotfixes.

■Issue details
There were cases where the Cross-world Linkshell, PvP team, or fellowship was disbanded if the owner (Cross-world Linkshell/fellowship: Master, PvP team: Team leader) had no more subscription days on their account and their character was withdrawn.

■Data recovery performed on disbanded PvP teams
For PvP teams that were disbanded due to this issue, we have performed data recovery for teams that can be recovered.
Data recovery were not performed for teams where the team leader or members have already joined another PvP team, so please reform the team or take other measures as necessary.

As of Patch 6.31, we have completed data recovery for all disbandment and dismissals due to this issue
