Regarding the Fly the Falcon Mount Campaign to Celebrate Stormblood
We have discovered that during the Fly the Falcon Mount Campaign that took place from July 1, 2017 to September 30, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. (PDT), due to the free play period granted by the “World Population Balancing Incentives,” there were cases where the eligibility conditions of the campaign were not met and the Falcon mount could not be received.
Due to the way the free play period granted by the “World Population Balancing Incentives” functions, it is automatically granted by the system under certain circumstances, so it may have been granted at a time the user did not want it to be.
Because of this free play period granted by the “World Population Balancing Incentives,” the timing of payment for play time shifted. We will add a Falcon mount to eligible accounts for users who could not accumulate enough play time to fulfill the requirements of the Fly the Falcon Mount Campaign due to this. See details below.

Service accounts that meet the following requirements
- Registered the full version of “FINAL FANTASY XIV: Stormblood”
- Subscribed for at least 90 days of play time from July 1, 2017 to October 16, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. (PDT) (The initial free play period included with new product registrations and the free login period from the Callback Campaign do not count.)
- Free play period of 15 days granted with the World balancing incentives during the campaign.
Please note that we cannot currently answer any inquiries in advance about individual eligibility status.
The initial free play period included with new product registrations and the free login period from the Callback Campaign do not count in the eligibility to receive the Falcon mount.
