[Recovery]Recovery from Japanese Data Center Character Information Update Issue (Dec. 21)

During the time below, we experienced technical difficulties which prevented information for characters on the Japanese data centers from updating correctly on The Lodestone, the Online Store, the Mog Station, the FINAL FANTASY XIV Companion app, and the FINAL FANTASY XIV Forums.

The issue is now resolved, but we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Furthermore, if the character information is not displaying correctly as a result of these technical difficulties, it will be updated to the correct image by logging into FINAL FANTASY XIV with the corresponding character and changing their equipment.
