The Far East Meets E3

Greetings, everyone!

Luxpheras here, reporting in after a whirlwind three days at E3 2018!

The Electronic Entertainment Expo, more commonly known as E3, was held at the Los Angeles Convention Center from June 12th through June 14th!

Some familiar faces were in attendance, having way too much fun posing in front of the entrance.

We hosted a special Letter from the Producer LIVE, straight from a booth on the show floor. Yoshida was joined by special guest Ryozo Tsujimoto, Producer of Monster Hunter: World, to talk about how the upcoming collaboration came to be!

This year, the FINAL FANTASY XIV booth was themed around Kugane!

Adventurers took on Tsukuyomi as their battle challenge, and if they were successful...

They won a t-shirt!

We also distributed tons of these sweet bags, adorned with some brand new art! (The very same art from the sheer panels hung around the booth this year. It's stunning!)

Yoshi-P also had a great time playing from various NA worlds and interacting with players in between interviews! (Though his answer to the pineapple on pizza debate may cause a stir...)

It was certainly a busy show, but we had a great time. Thank you to everyone who stopped by the FFXIV booth, took on the battle challenge, and watched the special Live Letter.

Tonight's the first night of the Eorzean Symphony here in Los Angeles, so there's no rest for Yoshida or Soken... the show must go on. We'll see you at the Dolby Theatre!

And look! Yoshi-P made a new friend on the show floor.

Until next time!
