I just recently finished creating a unique glamour for each of my crafters. It's fun to use these crafter specific glamour pieces from the various expansions' artefact gear since they are rarely seen and I feel like some of the items are some of the cutest in the game. My favourite piece is probably the top I have on alchemist (last image). Most of the outfits are, apart from the Sharlayan Diadema (which my character wears almost all the time) crafting artefact gear, but the rest of the alchemist outfit is actually cash shop though.
It takes up so many glamour plate slots... I tend to try and keep most of the rest of my plates as universal pieces for my battle jobs. The PVP gear I've been collecting from the Series Malmstones is good for this since you can still get a less casual look with them, plus I have some nice items from the cash shop which are also universal.
By the way, if someone out there happens to be reading this and doesn't know, you can assign a specific glamour plate to a gear set. So you can change your glamour for individual crafters even if they use the same gear!
