This is exactly why a 3 day Phase 4 was a terrible idea. Now people are getting upset because they bought the game, paid money, and now have their thumbs up their a**. Next time you might consider listening to the thousands of experienced programmers saying the same thing.
Personally I am not too upset. As a legacy I did not pay. What irks me is this is mere incompetence. This entire situation could have been avoided with just a proper test. You did an excellent job with it, until the very end. It does not bode well for the future.

And the problem is that these are the servers, and these will be our servers.
They said it, they cant change 'em, they only can add more servers, like Phoenix.
i agree this was same issue even in 2010 when 1.0 was still in beta but some people just dont learn
So what you're saying is... The game was excellent, but because of a rough start, the game will now have a grim future?

@ Kallout more like the number of people who have already been lost since phase 4 will be felt in the game for those who stay. the problems are not fixed yet which means more people are going to leave before they are.
It would be more like buying a cake and having a fridge. Then after eating some, saying 'if I don't put this in the fridge it will go bad.' Then leaving it on the counter to rot.

it's like buying a cake and not being allowed to put it in the frige because someone put a chain and lock around the fridge with a sign that the fridge is full and to try again later... meanwhile frosting (money) is dripping down onto the floor.
