So, a not-too-bad Pinball stream, despite it being pretty short (bad sleep due to being sick).
Keitaro87 came by, so that was good. And the Pinball itself wasn't too bad. In
Zaccaria Pinball I actually did pretty good, beating quite a few high scores. And
Pinball FX3, surprise surprise, crashed (one of the reasons I'm going to go back to streaming at 720p; FX3 only worked one time in 1080p, all other days were crashes. So, I'm guessing FX3 was just getting overworked). And
Pinball Arcade crashed in DX11 mode, forcing me to use DX9 instead. But here, it was average overall. I
CRUSHED my previous high score on the Getaway: High Speed II table, but otherwise sucked for the most part. So, it kinda hurts my soul to dial it back to 720p, but I had to sacrifice a lot of other essential stream/PC stuff trying to make it work in 1080p. I need
a new PC. Hah hah hah.
TuesdayAnd a pretty busy
Gems of War session this morning, doing a wide variety of stuff. Did some of the dailies, including the
Underspire daily. I also did a fair amount of
Tower of Doom as well, other guild members taking over for the scouting. Did some
PvP, followed by some low-level grinding (for the
Kingdom Pass) and a few
Gnome Vault runs to round out the session.
Okay. So. Season Three, Episode One of Hikaru no Go, starting off with a real doozie. Two words come to mind with this one:
Coffee Chess! (there's lots of others like this, but this is the first one I found). Oh well. At least Hikaru gets some free candy out of it. And that must be a Japanese thing, "The Waiting Game". In all the tourneys I've known over the years, you can't leave until the match is done. Apparently that don't apply in Japan. And apparently his parents have no idea what Go is. Been there, Bud! I'm one of few people in my family, especially in my generation and older, that's into Pinball/video games.
Oh, and I had to give Good Will Hunting a miss this time, as I need to lay down earlier than normal (feeling like shit, despite me getting a nap in beforehand, probably due to my illness *sigh*).

Real good Pinball stream today. And FX3 worked this time! And
Keitaro87 came by too. And intending my stream to be kept short, it actually went the distance, lasting about four and a half hours. Did pretty good on Zacc, beating a high score or two, and doing
ESPECIALLY well on the Pinball Champ table, beating an already tough to beat high score. And Pinball FX3 went pretty good. It was a better week for the
matchup league this time, definitely doing good enough to be stable for the week. Did a few randos before going over to Pinball Arcade, where I did
VERY well, breaking or getting close to the Top 5 high scores on the Addams Family, Rescue 911, and Diner tables. Being able to play on the DX11 version really helps (I can see everything more clearly in this version). But, definitely had to call it off at this point since I began nodding off. A good one today.
:)WednesdayA real busy Gems session this morning, doing a bunch of dailies. And the Tower of Doom took a while, since a whole bunch of floors have been scouted ahead of time. Skipped PvP this time and instead worked on the Kingdom Pass as well as doing some Vault runs. Called it good after that.
Okay, Season 3, Episode 2 of Hikaru no Go, the last day of Pro Tryouts. Don't think he's gonna make it, unless he can really pull a rabbit out of his hat. And it seems Mommy is worried about him. I can relate! Kinda. While my Mom tolerated my love of Pinball/video games, my Dad hated it, thinking they were a waste of time (FWIW both of them now play games on their phones. You're welcome lol). The 70s-80s was not a time for nerds like they are now,
too much, in fact. Anyway, back to the episode. Hikaru's next match is coming, and I smell a gorilla. *GULP!* So, I guess he'll live happily ever after for a month.
:/Oh, and like yesterday, I tried watching some more Good Will Hunting, but I was having a hard time staying awake. Man, this cold is really kicking my ass. *sigh*
And aaaaaalrighty. So, that's gonna do 'er for right now. There's gonna be a chance that I might call in tonight, meaning I might be off
A FULL WEEK (I requested Friday off, since it's my birthday. But management decided to throw in Thursday as well) So,
