Incident 1: Encountered two Miqo'te individuals transporting boxes from the Hostelry to the docks for transportation. Nothing suspicious was observed, but upon passing them by, the pair, the two individuals became quite rigid and silent. Forwarded this information for investigation into possible smuggling operation.

Action Plan: Reported the incident for investigation. Will continue to observe the Hostelry for other suspicious behavior
