I am really unhappy with the level of support that I have gotten, or should I say not gotten from SE. I pre ordered a collectors edition of the game back in early July. I have been so excited for the release of the game, I played in the last two beta's and got the early release. I guess I was so excited that I didn't pay close enough attention to what was going on with my account. I got the receipt for the collectors edition, I got my early access code even got my goodies for early access but it is saying that I did not buy a copy of the game. So I order a copy I get a receipt I get a code get early access but I don't get the Collectors Edition copy or code. Then to make it even worse there is no way to help myself to resolve the issue, there are circles of links that end up taking me right back to where I started. No 800 # to call for support, no live chat link no matter what I put down on my help desk tickets it always only gives me the option for email support. Two tickets later and still nothing. I love the game but I can't afford to buy it twice and I shouldn't have to. No one should have to pay for something twice just to be able to get the things that they were told they would get by ordering early. I always thought it would be best to buy direct from the source but never again will I make that mistake.
Shame on you SE for such poor customer support and such a horrible members area that makes it impossible to help ourselves.

I had the same issue where I thought I never received my code for the digital collector's edition I ordered.
Check your spam folder on your e-mail account.
I also have preordered a ps3 CE from toys r us in July.
A week ago they send me an email saying its cancel due to unanticipated popularity.
But they did offer me $20 voucher for the regular edition of ps3.
Got my pc copy at gamestop though. Have it copy but cant log in at all so no use either.
So far also sad on my end.
Yeah I have been checking the spam filter its never come there. So I am at a loss as to what to do. I have the receipt so what more do they need? They have record that I purchased it but when I do the find order here thing it can't find that order. I'm puzzled how I got the early access stuff without ordering a game.

Hmmm. If you ordered directly through the SE store, I would imagine that Digital River is the one handling the sale. If that is the case I would try contacting their customer support, you should have a confirmation / order number on the original e-mail (receipt) you got with the early access codes.
Tedlar yes I do and I was going to try getting in touch with them on my lunch break. Right now I'm just a little sick to my stomach at the fact that I made the purchase have the receipt yet the only thing I'm getting from SE is uhmm we got your request and then some message about early access which is not what my issue is about. Not sure if that is a standard addition to all their tickets or not.
I'm so excited, and at work so can't celebrate like I would like to. I got my email today and everything is all straightened out with my account! WOOT!!!
