なめこ　×１袋(またはオクラ×２)
かつお節×１袋
すりごま　少々

きゅうりとナスは5mmくらいにイチョウ切り
ミョウガはみじん切り
なめこは適当にたたく(オクラの場合は５mmくらいに刻む)
------------
刻んだものとかつお節とすりごまをタッパーに入れて
麺つゆを８割くらい注ぎ → キュウリとナスから水分が出ます
30分くらい放置したら食べられます

1.熱いご飯に出汁ふりかけとして...
2.冷たいお蕎麦に乗っけて...
3.冷ややっこに乗っけて...
