Monk favors Critical Hit Rate and Samurai favors Direct Hit Rate. They aren't sharing BiS. But everything is still rumors cause we don't have stat weights aside from obvious best choices for jobs like MNK/BRD. Their whole job core is set around Crit so it's no brainer. You also have that #MakeMonkGreatAgain. Monk is in great place right now, chill.
