Quite a low drop rate, at least in Coerthas Central Highlands or maybe I got unlucky. Killed 5, got 1 Hippogryph Sinew.

The Gladiator Sephirot [Materia]

Found Lv. 40 Hippocerf in Coerthas Central Highlands > Whitebrim (X: 11.9, Y: 19.1, Z: 0.9)

Atori Tanshu Exodus [Primal]

Best place I found for this was Coerthas Central Highlands around X:9.8 Y:19.7 with Hippocerfs

Foxushi Moo Alpha [Light]

I made a minor mistake, pack 7 has 2 hippogryphs

Amaryll Saveois Lamia [Primal]

There's basically a big area that you can just go around and around in a big circle over and over again to farm hippogryphs in North Silvertear, Mor Dhona. Coordinates will be below
Pack 1 (1)- X:27.4 Y:7.8
Pack 2 (3)- X:26.9 Y:7.9
Pack 3 (3)- X:28.6 Y:6.7
Pack 4 (1)- X:28.6 Y:7.4
Pack 5 (1)- X:32.7 Y:8.4
Pack 6 (2)- X:33.4 Y:11.9
Pack 7 (1)- X:32.6 Y:10.9
From there, you pass Saint Coinach's Find and follow the path until you reach the first pack again! There is a little bit of backtracking and such from the path, but it isn't bad at all. Plus, you can farm Hapalit's and lighting sprites along the way without straying from the path!
