Why blue mage is so important to me.

I thought I'd explain why I will rant yell so on so on with all the,anger and so on until we get blue and why this game in my eyes is trash without blue.
The reason why it means so much to me and its not a small thing to get am very over its a big thing.
1. When I was in first grade I would hide from my .... aunt in my cousins room and sit beside him watching him play ff for hours from tactics to 11.
I watched never played outside of 1 game called castlevania sympathy of night. I saw how blue,tamer would learn from monstlers or eat them and it made me fall in love with the games more and more it was everything. I dreamed of all those that hurt you you could learn from it and use it against them honestly that 1 job kept me going through alot of rl bad things.
Evently when I was out of that horrible house I start playing myself well after the stupid scary place let me out.
I evently fell in love with the boyxboy storys like cloud and the morbols and espers,summmons aoens etc. Now why does that matter you may wonder its simple
I owe it all to blue and sailor moons among other shows like witch that kept me going and kept me in control..
Now everything I fell in love with is no more in ff now we got alot of elites jerks that have no right being in a ff... this is a ff first then a mmo and everything we grew up loving they are throwing in our face like us old fans mean less to them then this jerk new ppl this one has brought in.
No real summons , naming on spells wrong our old great boss turned into weak raid bosses.
It's not right we old fans should be honored more than new ppl ... But instend they trash it and now so many jerks were you slip with 1 attack and they let you die and turn cruel towards you over a slip ..
Ff is suppose to be relaxing and challangeing but dealing with this new jerks that never played ff till this one that turn into cruel jerks over accidents because "oh it's a mmo" no I won't take it.
I'm so tired of the ff serious being desrepected by this new ppl and the dev team in this one.
And is choosing not to be rez can get you banned because the team want you to I'm so tired of dealing with the lies. Like "play your own way" unless people complain about your way then you have to play their way.
I don't think you know how this MMO works. No summons is no real big issue and comparing it to other FF titles is a fresh approach to the series, plus SMN has Egis. Now the naming of the spells which is Fire, Fira, and Firaga lets take BLM for example. If Fire 3 was called Firaga it would be used for because the name suggests it's better but we don't spam it because it wastes MP and should only be used to switch back to Astral Fire or with Firestarter. Which raid bosses we talking about here?
I also don't think anyone is being honored more than anyone, it's just SE wants to welcome in new people in the game to help their community grow. Also it's dumb to say new people are the elitists in the game as I doubt that's the case mostly. Also the play your way is wrong if you play your job wrong like an BLM spamming Blizzard.
I don't know what this post has to do with Blue Mage being in the game, it just sounds like you ranting about the community and how the game isn't FF.

Well the spells in the original FF games used to be done with numbers like they are in XIV. So what exactly do you consider to be an "old" fan?

As for it yes but only 2 other Drs used the 1- w,e naming system least they could do is let us choice which one we use. Also the point in magic in games is elemental power to weaken opposite element blizzard is worthless for example without elemental weakness .. And ffxiv was a mom worked there can work here as for new players in my opinion if u didn't play atleast 9 of the ff games I got no right being here.
Thank you Shirayuki, I was trying to figure out what he was talking about, then I realized, is he complaining that there are no powerful summon spells like the normal FF games? Ugh, thank God there are not, that would sooo not work in a MMO.
In general, what works in a normal FF game may not work in a MMOG and concessions need to be and must be made for the game to work and be balanced properly. It's a slippery slope and an ongoing challenge for the life of the game.

Kuja clown boy? Kefka. Esdeath? Exdeath. If you want to fight their challenge then play savage mode. The raids are made for casuals and the real challenge is in their savage form.
Also that elemental aspect is in eureka. So if players haven’t played 9 titles they have no right being here? No wonder they don’t honor newbies or veterans, look how entitled you sound. I wouldn’t want to cater to that type of player.
Also ffxi was balanced and worked in do it can work here and it,was,and did.
Also it has to with blue because this new ppl to ff have no say in jobs and stuff to be added they should please us old players by adding the best job in all ff history blue mage already

You’re basically excluding half the community which is problematic. All the jobs they add have to do with their lore in the area. In HW DRK, ast and MCH all originated in Ishgard. Samurai is from Doma and RDM was after the flood in Ala Mhigo.
Blue mage is subjective and Yoshi said in this environment making blue mage will take too long to do and work. You just want blue mage to make yourself happy as that’s your favorite and you’re blaming the new players for it not being here.
Notice how each FF title isn’t a sequel to each other. They all have different stories and never the same character for the story. I don’t remember Y’shtola in FF10

And 90% of what you've been saying has nothing to do with Blue Mage, so is it really that important for you?
It is about being equal, the game history shouldn’t direct how this MMO goes. It should attempt to be its own title and gameplay. You’re calling Yoshi an idiot even though you speak broken English and yet you think blue mage can work? Nah.
If anything, Yoshi listens to the JP community more than the NA community. Players like you are the reason why because you insult the devs for not getting your way.
As for Blue Mage working in XIV, no it really wouldn't. The only way they could would be to give it its own combos and skills and have the Blue Mage skills be just a minor part of its kit, something like the cross role system.
The class design in XIV is very different from XI. The combat in XI made it difficult to have kits that worked together and have combos, so random skills was fine. But in XIV the skills all work together to make a rotation so having random skills wouldn't work.

Well the first Blue Mage is in 5, so by that logic they would have to finish all the jobs from III before they can even think about adding Blue Mage.

That wouldn't work. Why would they transform into animals. That sounds like more waste and like a fanfiction.
You obviously don't understand how this game works and should have no right telling how the devs should do things. Especially if people tell you in game repeatedly if you're something wrong. Blue Mage doesn't matter, and it'll never happen.

No they won't. They want to try and make original jobs for FFXIV for future expansions and not rely on past jobs but who knows if they will with all these people. All if they add Blue mage, it'll be completely different than the blue mage you even remember. It might not even be 50% similar to classic blue mage.

It doesn't matter so long as we get monster ability magic of how they do it and at the least give us bad breath goby punch and aqua breath
Because it hurts my eyes and i do play for as long as my eyes can stand plus the customation on chacters with hair and body

I really hope you're trying to say "mmo". And just because they are mmos doesn't mean everything with automatically work. The combat systems between the two games are completely different.
would absolutely love to see in game but unfortunately i don't think they would bring it here as well as they did in FFXI. mostly because it just would not fit.
Imagine if you will being told what abilities are best and then thats all you get to use. That is how it would happen in this game. No Real options just "well you want to raid with us? Use these abilities, or "GTFO".
IMO that just doesn't work well for BLU, best part about it is its options
That isn't a excuse that can be worked around to make it work if they took more than 15mins trying
Espero that doesn't mean it wouldn't work they can make it pure choice and its not it's fault the new ppl who haven't played other Drs saying use this or that agility they need to make all ability equal instead of one better anyways
But if they take more than 15 minutes trying then it will be nothing like the Blue Mage that everybody wants/expects, so all the people clamoring for Blue Mage will just end up complaining about it anyways.
If they made every ability equal then that would entirely defeat the purpose and basic concept of Blue Mage and they may as well not even add it.
That didn't stop them from screwing up smn and black mage and most of us don't care,so long as we get monster magic

Blm has only 6 spells smn doesn't have but only 3 smns no Shiva no takin a no Levi etc and bom being almost 100 percent buffs with no water air attacks or bio or any of the offer spells no elemental circle even in Euro that makes u think before u cast no real summons size wise the smns don't even look correct need I go on. And yes we who love blue love it cuz it's monster spells

I am going to assume you meant "blm" since I have no idea what "bom" is. Water and air attacks are white magic in XIV, so of course they don't have them. And Bio is arcane magic.

If they were big then they would be too obstructive.
They don't "owe" us anything. This is their game and they can make whatever they want.
And Red Mage is not OP at all. It has the lowest damage output of any of the (dps) casters, and the party buffs it has are weak at best. The only positive thing it has over the other casters is being able to instantly res people.

Yeah I completely forgot about Thunder. So Fire 1-4, Blizzard 1-4, Thunder 1-4, Flare, Freeze, Foul, Scathe, Sleep. That's 17.
And how did they give us 3 Red Mages?
The spell being upgrade doesn't make it a new spell moron its the same spell just diff power
The only ones that are just more powerful would be Thunder 1/3 and 2/4. So that's still 15.
No it's still just fine its s to only thunder,sleep,fire or blizzard or flare it having differnt numbers doesnt make it a differnt spell
Then why do they all have different effects? That is more than just having different numbers so wouldn't that make them different spells?
To keep people from realizing they are being lazy they fake effort by animation but its the,same spell reapeted 4 times
So instead, you'd rather they just had 1 spell for each element, and even if they added in aero/water/stone that would still just be what, 9 spells? Yet somehow having even less spells than they currently have (and breaking the lore of the game) is being less lazy?

Yes that would be breaking the lore too, and that's why they're not doing it. And how are they copy paste? They all have different effects and usage. How is that just copy pasting?
A it wouldn,t be breaking lore if they made it void water or void air or void stone b what is rather see is pure spells instead of lazy copy paste jobs they are doing and lazy filling the job with Cds and worthless abilitys
B. I have nothing against fira or firage but we need pure spells not just slapping on a number that doesn't make it new that's a copy paste lazy coding thing to cheat ppl out of it.
Because the same code same syntax with differnt animations nothing different about it and no it wouldn't as blms we take the void power for our own

Elemental magic and black magic are two completely different things. In XIV, black magic is taking magic from the void while white magic is from the world around us.
No taking magic from the world is geomance job not whm who is only horrible holy type spells

No you have to give blm all the spells aero,earth, bio etc and add blue make whm with only holy make smns real summoners no attack spells just all summons and maybe some heal whm or black magic. Let theirs actually steal give who only do a and other white or holy spells and so on.

Aero started out as white magic. So actually the devs are respecting the way FF used to be by making it white magic in XIV

No summoner has spells from a aoen idiot lala him being a dragon doesnt make him a monster since he is a aoen the 2nd stongest open in the ff serious only beaten by Alexander
All dragons in this game use some version of Akh Morn, it is not just a Bahamut thing. And Summoners don't even need to summon to use it.

So if it doesn't matter that Summoners get their spells from Bahamut then why would it matter that Griffon uses Ifrit's abilities? Wouldn't that be the same thing?
The PTSD from FF11 where my friend was a hardcore BLU. Helping them get spells....so long.......so so long.....I need an adult.
I got all my spells,alone in xi all I had to do was sub job whm
And honestly we pay monthly we got more say than the dumb devs for that reason 70 dollar game plus 15 monthly we got more say than them
But you don't have to pay. You can always stop giving the devs your money if you don't like what they're doing.
The second they remaster xi or make Real final fantasy online game again on ps4 up then I don't have to buy I do have to for now
Why? There are many other games out there. There are many games out there better than the FF series. Why spend hundreds of dollars on a game you don't like when you could be playing better games for much cheaper?
And the devs aren't going to listen to you. What would make you think they care about your complaints? Hell, they don't even read these blogs. The only way to send a message to them would be to stop playing. As long as you're giving them money they don't care about you.
Wrong ff is a the best game series as for that if i can turn the community against them they have to listen they don't care about 1 person quitting
But you will just get laughed off the internet if you try.
And if it's the best series then why not play the other games instead of this one? You could probably get most of the series if not every game for the price of the base game of XIV alone.
Because I do I've beaten all the others 452 times so far
