Note: This is NOT a collapsing hotbar. It only needs 1 hotbar to work.
TLDR is in the bottom collapsible, enjoy!SHOWCASE GIF Click on it to see how it works!Old collapsing menu layouts & guides:https://imgur.com/a/WSopHhttps://www.reddit.com/r/ffxiv/comments/9rj7qg/collapsing_hotbar_macros_for_a_clean_ui/When compared to the collapsing hotbar layout,
PROS:Compact
Uses less shared hotbars
Uses less macro slots
Less fiddling with HUD layout
CONS:Contains less buttons overall
This uses the same concept as the old hotbar trick, copying one hotbar to another.
HOW TO DO ITIn this case, hotbar 6 is used as the menu hotbar. Make sure it is shared under Character Configuration.
NOTE: Any hotbar can be used as long as it is shared by all classes.
Make sure that Hotbar 6 (or any shared hotbar you're using as the menu) is 3x4 and 80% size.
Concept of how it works. The bar from other classes is copied over to your menu hotbar (hotbar 6)
First button, stores all menu items. Currently it is Rogue hotbar 1.
NOTE: Any class can be used. A basic class without the job stone is recommended.
Please ensure that the hotbar used is not a shared hotbar.
Second button, stores all gatherer jobs. Currently Rogue hotbar 2.
Third button, stores all crafter jobs. Currently Rogue hotbar 3.
Repeat this until you are satisfied. You can add or remove menu items by using up more hotbars.
If you run out of class hotbars, you can use other classes.
These classes include:

Add the respective classes to your rogue hotbars accordingly. You can add other buttons such as macros and items as well.
This is an example on how the rogue hotbars should look like.
The whited-out "Back" button on the main menu is simply for aesthetic purposes. You can choose to forgo it if you like.
TLDR!Below is the complete set of macros I currently use, feel free to check from it to make sure that everything works as intended.
