Overview: No outstanding suspicious activity reported.
Incident 1: In search of further information on the thief, visited a lead into the Saisei bar within Shirogane. There, met with a few of the employees of the establishment, but neither of them seemed to know of the thief or culprit at large. Possibly, the thief used a pseudonym when visiting the establishment or was otherwise disguised. The establishment itself, however, came highly recommended.
Action Plan: Will continue to search Kugane for signs of the suspected culprit.

Incident 2: Encountered the soldier and guest from the VIth Legion, Cato Eligar. After a short conversation on current events, it was revealed that Cato's brother would be visiting Kugane in the near future as well, necessitating arranging for an escort.
Action Plan: Will need to arrange for escort and protection of Eligar's brother. As an esteemed member of the VIth Legion, Cato's position warrants additional protections for himself and his family members, brother included. Will make preparations.

Incident 3: Encountered an odd, older gentleman sitting near the Shiokaze Hostelry. He had been sitting in the same location for a long period of time, leading to confrontation. The man identified as someone from the West, likely Eorzean, but difficult to tell. Does not appear to be a threat.
Action Plan: None Required at this time. Will keep an eye on this man, however.

Incident 4: Linked up with another soldier that had recently arrived in Kugane as part of the Consulate attachment. As such, handled the initial tour of Kugane as well as the usual patrol routes. The soldier, identified as Leodaire, appeared to be attentive and resolute, if a bit shocked due to the drastic culture differences.
Action Plan: Since Leodaire is now part of the team, will provide support, guidance, and leadership as needed.
