Help in prayer to a fellow WoL in Heart Surgery!

I have an Ingame EB partner, her name is Shira.
We connected irl too but we're just close friends irl really,
We met on January 2020, and we begun our adventure together,
I've teached her a lot of stuff in the game, crafting, levelling, raiding, etc.
I gave her a home, an FC that she can make friends with that she can call home.
I cant even let her do DR's alone since she plays healer with controller and on higher dungeon, she tends to panic with healing.. People would get toxic at her and vote kick her but I always was there and stood up for her..
We played everyday, shes a very kind person, but she always get mad at me if I played another game without telling her, or played another game and not FFXIV, and said sorry that shes boring, but that wasnt even the case xD
Shes a doctor in real life and she would come home and tell me what she did today, told me what she ate, what happened today in her work, what happened to her patient..
We discussed FF7 Remake together , and we played BnS and Human fall flat together from time to time if we have nothing to do or confused what to do in FFXIV, I introduced her to other game other than FFXIV ! She loves lalafell a lot lol but we often Fantasia to different races together haha, she likes cute things and take cute gpose pictures!
She would hate it when I raid, and when I told her I joined static, or my static friends joined my FC, shes super scared that she'll spend less time with me because Im doing contents with them more..
Yet I called her selfish for wanting all my time every night only to be with her..
She often asked me to read bible together with her and watched sermon with her.. Shes very religious, and a pure girl, she even asked me what a MILF means lol.
Im religious too but not hardcore religious. So I didnt really want to read bibles with her, it felt as if she was trying to convert me into her ideal future husband.She would help pray for me to get my visa accepted back to Australia, shes a very nice person.. She would nag if I sleep too late lol or wake up too late xD
We had a long talk last week, about our relationship, and said to her, we're just ingame relationship, not really in real life relationship..
Well, long talk over, we said to each other, lets reform this relationship so there would be no longer any misunderstanding towards each other and have fun..
SO we played like normal again, I teached her mechanics of Memoria Miseria, and we did play other stuff.
Then 2 days ago, Suddenly in the morning, she got a call from the hospital.. They said there was an abnormality with her MRI scan in her heart area.. The doctor told her to bring her parents along.. Since shes working in the hospital, they often do MRI scan for their staff once every 6 months to make sure their staff is healthy..
That day, she panicked and cried to me on the discord chat.. She was shocked and so was I.. They didnt tell her the result yet until 7 PM until the doctor came to explain.. So we waited a long time waiting for the result.. but she overheard one of the nurses said.. They have to prepare to break the bad news to her parent..
She started crying and scared of the result.. And i was there to comfort her and asked have she eaten? trying to calm her down..
Then the bad news came .. She was diagnosed with Aortic Aneurysm.
A thoracic aortic aneurysm is a weakened area in the major blood vessel that feeds blood to the body (aorta). When the aorta is weak, blood pushing against the vessel wall can cause it to bulge like a balloon (aneurysm).
She had 2 options, which is to take a medicine , almost same side effects as cancer patients, losing hair, etc. and she had to take the medicine often and go for MRI scan once every week to see if the thing grows bigger or not.. but if it does grow bigger, the operation success rate drops down to 50% ish..Or to take the operation instead but with the chance of failing is there too..
Actually at first, I thought this was a heart tumour.. Upon reading, heart tumor operation has a 86% chance of success.. I was still fine with that.. But earlier yesterday, She told me its not tumor.. Its this.. and upon reading, the success rate of the operation is only 67.5%.. This was very hard to hear. for her family, and even for me too..
67.5% is still scary.. even if you said, 95% of patient who undergoes heart surgery is success.. well.. 5% is still something to be afraid of... only 5% people had the disease and she got it.. something like that..
its a matter of life and death..
I could hardly raid or play games during this time and I was always messaging her and she researched about the sickness and in the end, she chose to go for the operation.. We had to support her decision of course.. Her father, whos always the scary type, who always lose control that police is called, this time, her father is crying in despair, and told her that hes willing to do a heart transplant for her instead.. Shira cried more hearing this..
Yesterday, she went to the hospital in the morning, and the surgery is today 8 AM SG time.. she has to go to sleep at 11PM then undergo with the surgery in the morning.. I didnt have much time left with her, So I tried to be optimistic and tell her, everything will be fine.. even our FC members messaged her directly and said , everything will be okay..
She had to sign a CPR form from the doctor and one of the doctor came and talked to her.. In case if the operation goes wrong, fear not, as you will go to heaven, because youre a very sweet and nice girl and religious.. this was so sad to hear in her situation.. well, the doctor was just preparing her for the outcome.. But even if i were in her position, I try to be optimistic as possible, i dont want anyone telling me 30% chance Ill die and go to heaven or hell ..
She started writing letters to our FC members and told me to pass it on to them when shes having her operation , and she had a letter for me too and told me not to read it yet, only read it when shes on her operation.. The operation could take 3 weeks to 1 month.. and if something bad happens, she has to be on life support and she has to fill a life support form , as in, in case of life support, does she want them to just unplug the life support? as in, give up? of course, she wants to live.. she cried to me and said, I want to live mord, i want to live, i want to live!
it was 8 PM.. She ate a tasteless porridge and the nurses gave her a magnum ice cream..
We promised to watch an anime together today.. We were supposed to watch "Weathering with you" but we couldnt find the pirated ones, all link is deleted from gogoanime, kissanime, etc.
Last second, I found "Hello World"
I havent watch it too and we just went like "Ok we'll watch this instead"
there was a scene the girl was braindead and the guy is trying his best and doing his all to try and get the girl back.. and Shira was crying and like "Im scared Mord.. that will be me later.. what if that happens.."
I tried to cheer her up again and stuff.
Sad scene starts in the movie.. I started to cry until the end of the movie.. I told her im crying because of the movie, but at the same time, Im partially crying too because, who knows.. this might be the last time we do something together and cry and laugh together.. I tried to be optimistic but I cant get the thoughts out of my head.. I kept crying ..
it was 10 PM.. We listened to music together and discussed the anime.. 30 minutes left, we talked about the things we would do after her operation is successful..
She told me she wants to live, she wants to see what tomorrow would bring.. She wants to play Blade n Soul again.. She wants to play Human fall flat with me again, she wants to raid with me, buy house together, get mounts and much more ! so she has to live !
In the end, it was me whos only thinking about myself the whole time. She was such a caring person, and she cared for me, thats all.. and I once had the thoughts of bad things about her and how she wanted to transform me into her ideal husband and keeping me all night for herself, not allowing me to have static and all..
My last EB partner.. her last words were "Mata ne" before she never logged in again..
This time.. Please , I don't wish for another "mata ne" where she never logs in again.. I wouldnt be able to live through the pain the second time..
Lets hope that the operation will be successful for Shira!

I know you guys might not know her , what kind of person she is, shes just a random stranger in Eorzea.. But please, lets all hope for the best on her operation! I hope you all who read this, help by prayer, thats the least we could do..
I didnt want to make a blog about this at first, but now, I really need all the help I could get, from my irl friends, from my game friends, and even to all the warrior of lights out there!!

i... cant say alot of stuff exept that i hope her surgery will go well! as you said i dont know her, but i have a friend that have kindof the same problem... exept her's will be longer and more painfull... i can only wish good luck to anyone who have to go through that, please let us know how it went so we can all come to celebrate with you. i would happilly welcome you all in my tavern if you want to :)

God... reading it made me cry... it made me want to know you two and be able to chat with you all night long while drinking some homemade wine or orange juice. I dont know you two, but anyway i wish you again the best luck...
thanks all! her operation is done but shes on life support now since her vital and oxygen level is low.. so we need to wait until her heart stabilise back again.. She havent regained conciousness .. lets keep praying and hope her heart stabilise soon !

Please keep on helping pray guys.. She hasnt regained conciousness yet now and the doctor is worried if she doesnt wake up for the next 24-48 hours, she might be brain damaged .. Her mother asked me of all the music she likes so I gave her tons.. hoping that her favorite music will make her come back..
Oh gosh, this is very touching. I'm going to send her all the good I can muster. I hope she wakes up soon.

thanks for the prayers guys!! miracleously she regains back her consciousness and theres no sign of brain damage or any sort! just that shes still need oxygen machine so theyre decreasing the dosage slowly by day until she can be on her own! thanks for the prayers!!!

yes :D shes back into the game now ! but she still have heart complications and after effect symptoms i guess, shes still getting nauseous easily and still had to go to hospital because of trouble breathing ;-; but at least the surgery is succesfull :D we just hope all the best now for her that she can play normally again with no heart complications and trouble breathing :D
she went back to the hospital today as she was vomitting blood ... so shes being put down to sleep till next tuesday and they will analyse if they need to do re operation.. hopefully all will be well again and if theres surgery needed, hope it will be successfull.. she was writing me long essays again and it was like a farewell message instead and instead of " goodnight" she said " goodbye" ;-; i told her to stay positive at these times but she said its very hard to stay positive..
yeah i can understand how hard it can be to stay positive :( from what i know, vomiting blood could be internal bleeding, probably from when she got the surgery. a stitch that dident hold or something,it can be scary but not really dangerous if taken care of quickly. no promises it's that... but hey.

her mom just messaged me earlier today, she was telling me of her situation..
and since her heart operation was only 3 weeks ago, so another heart operation is... high chance shes not going to make it.. her heart is function weaker than normal person and she had to take oxygen machine everyday.. her mom is telling me to write her farewell letter in case anything bad goes wrong and she doesnt want me to have any regret..
I ended up crying a lot writing down the letter and its really hard to stay positive at these times.. she will go do the analyse on monday and hopefully miracle happens and she doesnt need to do another surgery.. even if it is a 1% chance of success, i must trust in that 1% and have faith and hope in it.. i dont wish to give up on her too right now ;_;
a friend told me about this and i thought she already recovered and healthy and play until today...... and i read the comment section only to find out she is in danger again.
I pray that God save her once again and please be strong ,Mordred. I do hope that this is not the end of yours and her adventure in Eorzea.
yes.. we thought she was healthy too.. me, and her parents.. turns out, all these times, shes not been telling any of us, about how bad her situation is.. she doesnt want to worry anyone.. her mom only founds out recently since shes getting paler by day.. she knew about the vomit blood, ever since she got discharged.. but she knew, if she came back to the hospital, she will have to do another operation and she knew the doctor said.. if such symptoms appears.. high chance of not making it....
She was like Aerith. She even said the same thing. "Everybody dies eventually. We dont know how long we have to live so I wish to cherish every moment with the people I love and cherish. You are someone i treasure deeply mord"
She endured the symptoms for 2 whole weeks.. so she can spend more time with us in the game and not make us worried.. I even got angry 2 days ago when she came home to play instead of staying at the hospital. But she said.. she wish to cherish with her friends..
Doctor said.. the sign of blood in her vomit.. is either liver, lungs, or heart.
We hope that its either the lung or liver.. and not the heart.. since her heart is not fully recovered yet so another major heart operation will have a high chance of not making it.. Please I hope its just lungs or liver..
please pray that she is able to withstand the effects of sedation, and is able to be fully conscious after the sedation wears off tomorrow... If she is not able to regain full consciousness, docors will have to increase heart medication dosage which isnt good.. she just finished her liver function test today and result will be out tomorrow.. and heart scan will be tomorrow..
oh my god... please tell us she's okay! i never prayed, but today i will. for her. i hope she will get over it. even if it means she will have to stay months in hospital, as long as she makes it. may she live a healthy life...
yess.. one good thing is that , they found out the thing that caused her to vomiting is some fluid around her heart, that one can still be fixed by giving heart medication, due to post operation symptoms.. but hopefully she will wake up before 11 PM tomorrow SG time , if she hasnt regained consciousness, the situation will be more serious and bad..

she.. hasnt woke up yet.. she had infection instead and fever.. she only has around 6 hours to wake up.. if not, the doctor think its brain function problem and will affect other organ ;_________-; im so scared.. please wake up ..
if he thinks it could be brain problem, why dosent he check instead of waiting for her to wake up? :( i'm scared for her too... all my wishes for her to wake up. and if not now, i hope really soon

she got conscious 2 days after the preferred date but miracleously, theres nothing wrong with her brain or heart or any organs! it just takes reallllyyy long time for her to get conscious and everyone is very worried.. but now she is recovering well! as she said... hopefully this time shes telling the truth ! Thank u all for the prayer again :")

she is back in the game already now! but she is still recovering,
she still has to wear her oxygen machine often and sometimes still feel nauseous or having trouble breathing all the sudden ;-; i hope she can recover soon and able to not use oxygen machinee
i mean, it's alrealdy a big big bonus! a few days ago she was in a coma! most people would still be in bed most of the day :)
yes thats the good thing :) i dont want to tell her about this blog yet haha i'll wait till she fully recovered :)) even last night she had to go to the hospital with ambulance coz suddenly cant breathe and oxygen machine didnt work and they have to increase oxygen dosage back to 10L now for the month D: hopefully she is recovering well soon
i'm sure she is recovering :) as long as she dont do too much and rest alot! and i'm sure she will be happy to see that you really worried about her with this blog :p
yea, today she went to the hospital though ;-;
her BP level is lowwww, and she kept vomitting in the morning so she got admitted to the hospital.. they said the medication might be too strong for her so they will reduce it ;-;
haha she saw my message with her mom on whatsapp and she kept crying and told me shes sorry for worrying me the whole time

her condition has gotten more serious now.. she has been admitted to the hospital once every 3 days, usually she kept vomiting in the morning and fainted or feels very weak .. then whenever she got admitted to the hospital, they always put her on a new medication.. but so far, her body is rejecting all the medications given and so shes been going more and more to the hospital.. the doctors are almost out of plans to give her..
Then her mom said :
“ Doctor said her condition might have gotten a bit more serious, and this is something we need to accept. They are trying to see if they can bring in another medication from Australia by consulting their medical team on her condition there.”
I just pray that she gets better .. i really hope she will recover soon and find the right medication for her heart.. please help by prayer , that she will make it through this and actually recover!!
i really feel sad like.. theres been a thoughts on my head lately, that the proof that she survived the last surgery was a miracle itself.. what if god only gave her more time to live and spend her final moments with us.. as if god is giving her the chance to spend more time with her loved ones for the final time..
im trying not to be negative.. but all the medication rejections and her body situation kept deteriorating by day..
im scared...
