I expected very little of the questline, only thinking about unlocking a new dungeon or the like.
and mindlessly, I followed the quest points, paying little attention to the dialogs or the story. and then, I saw the words "civilised zombies".
doubting myself, I went to the fate location and waited for nightfall when the zombies would come out. and dare I say it, I almost lost my composure when they started flexing and calling themselves gentlemen.
Okay, that was amusing. Weird, but amusing nonetheless.
and then, we find some sort of clue as to who these zombies' leader was.
"Zombies have a leader?" I thought for a moment before making the temporary conclusion that maybe we have a necromancer, or a lich to fight next.
Instead, I was greeted by an inspector Chad-wick Mc'Chuck, who was convinced he was a zombie (I still think he is a zombie). a few things happen, and by god, I was immediately hooked when the somewhat solemn start of the quest made a 540 degrees front flip into the moon with the introduction of this absolute beauty of a man.
That radiant smile and chiselled body is to be envious of.
... I lie; that smile kinda creeps me out a bit.
but nevertheless, everything from there on out was enjoyable slapstick comedy.
Hildebrand is terrific. Hildebrand is magnificent!
I'm so happy for that bald man who got his hair back!
tl;dr
This quest is a must-do. I enjoyed every bit of it after I properly paid attention to it.
I love Hildebrand, his questline is my favorite in the game.
